    got right in and the maintenance was completed before the estimated end time. I also like the Starbucks in the waiting area and free WiFi so I can work while I'm waiting.

    Great customer service! Car had transmission shifting issues that appeared resolved until recently. Car continues to slam into reverse occasionally. As of yet has not done it in drive. Wonder if this has been problem.

    I purchased a 2016 ford mustang i was able to get the color i wanted and at a price i could afford and everyone there was very nice and helpful and i did recommend you guys to my friend who is looking to buy a new ford

    I had problems with my Sync bluetooth. The Service Dept. at Bob Allen's Ford waved their magic wand and fixed it.

    I bought my Edge in 2007, when Bob Allen had the tires for life promotion. The Edge has 116K miles on it and I was able to get my third set of much needed tires on it during this service. I wish you still have that promotional, as that was the reason we bought from you instead of another metro Ford dealers.

    This was my first car purchase. This was an easy stress-free process. Our salesman sat us down to learn more about me and what I was looking for. I knew I was in the market for a Ford Fusion and we walked through all of the models and different features I could get with still being in my price range. The entire staff was very friendly with every visit we made to the store. Everyone was always sure to stop by and say hello. I ended up purchasing the 2016 Ford Fusion SE.

    I always receive the best service from the dealership. Always greeted very courteously. But what impresses me the most is that it seems like everyone enjoys being there and they enjoy working with each other. I had one minor issue after my oil change that was cleared up in 10 seconds.

    Great service as usual, in and out quickly. Waiting room is a nice environment to get some work done if you have the ability to do it remotely.

    My over all experience was very good actually "the best". I really like being able to drive in at my convenience for an oil change and drive out completed in an hour or less.

    The sales staff is very knowledgeable of the new equipment that Ford has added to the 2016 Explorer and do an excellent job of explaining how this new equipment works. The pricing on new equipment and trade in allowances are very reasonable which makes doing business with the Bob Allen folks very easy. Driving a 2016 Explorer Sport equipped with the 3.5 L ecoboost engine on the highway is very enjoyable and the gas milage, so far, is great. Looking forward to an extended trip to put it all to the comfort test which so far has been very good.

    Our vehicle is a 2016 Explorer Limited. Pre owned. Our salesman, Austin, followed my instructions to a "t". He was outstanding. Financial services were great. Steve Tarwater treated us with a great deal of respect. Our only complaint is that we are going to have to bring the vehicle back for a re-tint of the front windows as the tinting is bubbled up in a couple of places. No biggie.

    I went in for a flat tire and was in a rush to drive to Omaha quickly. They treated me like a 'pitstop' Fast and courteous service - Kayla rocks!
