Great Experience at Baron BMW

by Never again on 02/05/2024Contacted dealership about a used mustang. Didn’t have it priced online and took them forever to get a price! How do you sell cars and not know what you’re asking for them! Didn’t buy from them and would never attempt to again. Too many… dealers willing to not play games that I have no time or patience for!Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.
We are sorry for any inconvenience. That Mustang had just been traded in and all our staff were not quite yet familiar with it. We do like to get the cars online as fast as possible so clients have the ability to see what we have, it does take a couple of days for our large employee base to become familiar with vehicles we take in on trade. Best car buying experience ever.

From when we first inquired about the BMW X6 M50i that we ultimately bought, Nick… answered all of our questions quickly and honestly and helped us every step of the way. Despite any reservations we had about making such a large purchase sight unseen in Kansas, over 1,200 miles from our New York home, the entire process couldn't have been any easier. Nick quickly, efficiently and patiently helped us throughout the entire process. He personally managed the video walk through, the fair offer on the Lexus we traded in, the financing, the notary that was sent right to our house to finalize the sale from our own kitchen island, prepping the new car, plates and registration, shipping, following up after we received it - everything. Everything really went as smoothly as it sounds, and I highly recommend Nick and the team at Baron BMW.Thank you for sharing your positive experience working with Nick at Baron BMW! I asked him I wanna make this quick and easy and get all the numbers coordinated so all I have to do is test drive and sign papers if I did want to… purchase the vehicle. Mind you, I live 3 hours away, and Santiago met my expectations with ease. Quick and easy and visioned what I wanted into existence thanks to his help. He has the right attitude and mindset for running a service center and will train all his staff to be the same. I have… alot of confidence in him. Austin was a new service rep and did an excellent job. Zack checked with me afterwords to make sure everything was handled correctly. I was provided a porter-CJ who drove me home and picked me up. He was very personable and respectable in the car and drove very carefully-with an $80,000 car! He has a bright future! JT worked with me to put in a custom order so I got exactly what I wanted. He kept in touch throughout the whole… process. In fact, my M240i came in 4 months early! Baron took my car, ordered the part, gave me a loaner for 6 weeks while the part came from Germany and updated me along the way. Video of check-up even sent for me to watch the technical walk under and go… through different parts. Overall good experience.That sounds like a comprehensive and convenient service experience at your local BMW dealer! Having an easy drop-off, a pleasant service advisor, and the added convenience of a Lyft ride to work can make a significant difference. The detailed check-up and the video walkthrough of the inspection provide transparency and assurance about the service performed on your car. Thank you for your business!

Never a clear service price
by KCMO578 on 11/15/2023I reserved an afternoon service spot for brake work and an oil change. According to their website, I would receive a 10% discount on all services for using one of the non-prime appointments. The service department had also sent me a coupon… mailer. I was quoted a price when I dropped the vehicle off, but was told they would message once they inspected the vehicle. About an hour later, I received a service quote via text which was 35% higher than previously discussed (for the same work). I messaged Luke in service and he said he would get pricing fixed while they performed the work. At pick up, the pricing was still incorrect, neither coupon could be honored, and he forgot to add the 10% discount. He adjusted the quote slightly, but still never matched the first price quote at drop off. Seems like same story every time which is frustrating.Would recommend bringing in for service
