Great experience

When I arrived at the dealership, she introduced me to Brandon who assisted me with the rest of my purchase. He was very thorough… explaining all aspects of the vehicle, as well as patiently answered all of my questions. I never once felt pressured or led astray. I would recommend Danielle and Brandon to anyone looking for help purchasing their next vehicle.Great Job Deery Brothers!
by gjohnson1 on 07/29/2015Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Sales rep: Chris Donahue was awesome! He found us the vehicle we needed for our daughter and for the price she needed (college student and new mommy)! The finance gal was… awesome too, can't recall her name but she had everything ready for us when we got there so we did not have to spend hours getting things wrapped up. - I've done this in the past (other dealership) NOT FUN! What a roller coaster ride
by Memorex40 on 06/05/2014updated 06/01/2025We bought a used 2005 Chevy Silverado earlier this year. The next day we took it over to our mechanic who found quite a bit wrong with it, including significant rust damage underneath. Steve, the GM, agreed to fix the issues and three weeks… later we got our truck back. The next day we discovered a major power steering leak. Keep in mind that we only had it 2 days in total off of the lot. I called our sales person Owais, who proceeded to tell me that it was not leaking when they had it and it must have been something I did (in 1 day) to cause the significant leak. Really? I then called Steve and left a message, but he never called me back. I appreciate the work that was done, but it still ended up costing me almost $700 in repairs right off of the lot. All in all, my perception of the whole incident was less than satisfactory. I have always used Karls in the past and have never had even close to these kinds of challenges.
