Started Out Bad but Ended Up Awesome
by Paula Lance on 04/06/2017updated 04/12/2017Bought a vehicle on a Saturday, heard noises while turning and had it checked out by my mechanic the fallowing Wednesday. Found out it needed over $2,000 dollars worth of work. Took the vehicle back to Lexus/LuJack's, after they verified… with their mechanics work needed to be done, Lexus/LuJack's offered to match dollar for dollar what we paid if we wanted to pick another vehicle. Not only did we find another vehicle we were happy with, we where also allowed to have it over night so we could take it to our mechanic and have it checked out before we signed anything. As promised the only thing we had to pay was the difference between the two vehicles. (The second was a few hundred dollars more then the first) Hoppy, our sales guy, was awesome and worked very hard to make things right for us. This is the 4th vehicle my family has bought from LuJack's. If this is the way they treat their customers, we will definitely be coming back in the future.THE WAY NEW CAR BUYING SHOULD BE

I was immediately blown away at the honesty that I received from Todd Hopkins. Shopping several… dealerships local to me over the course of months, I was rather defensive but quickly calmed and allowed this dealership to earn my business. Todd and Jordan Clark both worked with me to make this the best personal car buying experience ever! I am a 6 time Lexus buyer with a discriminating reputation and love the reactions of friends when I tell them I bought this car - in IOWA. Even with the 2+ hour drive each way, I would do it all over again and will continue to share my enthusiasm and 100% positive experiences with my friends and acquaintances to experience REAL customer service, the way car buying should be. I am very happy with my car and very much appreciate the patience and kindness shown to me throughout my transaction.Great Sales Staff

I feel the dealership has since done its best to make things right in the transaction. As a customer, I just wanted to be told… straight all costs I would have. It nice to get all important info upfront, not after. Most people like to be treated honestly and fairly. Im sorry this transaction did not go as smoothly as it could have from the begining, as I want no negative feelings for anyone involved.
