Smart Lexus

Bought a vehicle on a Saturday, heard noises while turning and had it checked out by my mechanic the fallowing Wednesday. Found out it needed over $2,000 dollars worth of work. Took the vehicle back to Lexus/LuJack's, after they verified with their mechanics work needed to be done, Lexus/LuJack's offered to match dollar for dollar what we paid if we wanted to pick another vehicle. Not only did we find another vehicle we were happy with, we where also allowed to have it over night so we could take it to our mechanic and have it checked out before we signed anything. As promised the only thing we had to pay was the difference between the two vehicles. (The second was a few hundred dollars more then the first) Hoppy, our sales guy, was awesome and worked very hard to make things right for us. This is the 4th vehicle my family has bought from LuJack's. If this is the way they treat their customers, we will definitely be coming back in the future.
