Had an appointment for 8:45am, not looked at for 24 hours

by Nick F on 11/01/2022I took my car to Tom Wood to have a recall checked, oil changed, and tires rotated. Unfortunately for the technician that supposedly serviced my vehicle I have a scratch on one of my rims. Strangely after my tires were supposedly rotated,… said scratch rim was in the same position it was when I pulled in. So unless they only rotate 3 out of the 4 tires. They didn’t rotate my tires at all. Which sadly makes me question if my oil was actually changed and my recall was actually checked.Nick, I guess that it is possible that we missed the rotate. Mike Eicher was friendly and really made you feel at home! I enjoyed our conversations and… it really made the car buying experience fun and fly by! The staff was all very friendly and welcoming! Top notch crew! Ohh and the car is incredible!!Curtis Wade at Tom Wood Subaru is the best!
