I drove to the dealer signed all the paperwork within 90 minutes, I had confirmed the color I wanted, taken a test drive and… signed on a lease, and my vehicle was ready for delivery. Napleton gave me a better deal than the other local dealer and the dealer I bought my Alfa Romeo Guilia TI Sport AWD. Poor follow up
by Frustrated-Buyer on 03/10/2018I wanted to lease a 2018 Ghibli and I went to the dealership. The sales person knew very little about the cars and couldn’t explain the features. In addition, they wouldn’t give me info on maintenance, pricing, etc. I knew more than they… did from just reading their website. After several emails and phone calls they still wouldn’t respond. I really wanted to give them my business but I decided to go elsewhere because they wouldn’t return calls or emails.We are disappointed to hear of any breaks in communication you experienced inquiring about the 2018 Ghibli.
