I wanted to lease a 2018 Ghibli and I went to the dealership. The sales person knew very little about the cars and couldn’t explain the features. In addition, they wouldn’t give me info on maintenance, pricing, etc. I knew more than they did from just reading their website. After several emails and phone calls they still wouldn’t respond. I really wanted to give them my business but I decided to go elsewhere because they wouldn’t return calls or emails.
