  • Poor customer service and lack of follow through

    I purchased a used car from this dealership with my daughter. From the get go, I was having issues with everyone except for my sales guy. The finance department lady kept calling me by the wrong name and even put the wrong name on the contracts. Since this was a used car I was told there was only one key. They agreed to provide a second key, so I would sign for the car. This has has been an ordeal in itself. two months later after finally being told the key guy only comes on Wednesdays at 4:30 and then being told the guy is not there every Wednesday and not all the time at 4:30. This would not be much of a problem, but I live an hour and half away from the dealership. I finally expressed for the third time that before I drive out to the dealership, I needed to make sure the guy will be there. I called the dealership and they wanted to transfer me to the salesperson, but he was not available, so I went to his voicemail. I called back and ask if the key guy was going to be there and was transferred several times before ending up in some other voicemail. I called back and asked for a manager, Jon. I explained the situation and I was frustrated and that I needed to know if the key guy was going to be there and he started giving me excuses. I told him I did not need excuses but needed an answer. He raised his voice (almost shooting at me) and then he hung up on me. I cannot believe this is a response from someone to lead others. If this is the quality of the leaders than the lack of focus by others in their company is understandable. I will never buy a vehicle again from any Hubler dealership, nor will I ever recommend them again.

    From the very beginning The race was a complete blow out compared to a few other name brand Dealerships I had the Displeasure of working with. ...Customer Service at its Finest thanks to in particular...     Hubler Chevrolet went above and beyond to get me into a new vehicle. We chose to lease a new vehicle instead of purchasing with the option to purchase at the end of the lease. I would visit this dealership again to purchase/lease a new vehicle. Great Sales team.

  • I got cheated and lied to

    Hubler lied and cheated me out of 1000.00 for my trade in was told I would get 2500.00 for my trade. I got 1500.00. I was told by the new car sales manager they would put new all terrain tires on the new truck now they will not. I was told by the sales person the new truck has on ON SCREEN maps and NAVIGATION it does not. The new truck has developed a loud ticking noise Hubler will do nothing chevrolet will do nothing. Was told the new truck would get 16mpg city and 22mpg highway. It does not the new truck get 14mpgcity and 18mpg highway. Did not get the original second set of keys. now that is cold the defrost takes an hour do defrost light frost on the windshield. transmission does not shift properly told it was normal. front end makes noises told it was normal

    I found all the staff at Hubler to be polite and helpful. I recieved exceptional assistance from Jim Verini. He gave me time to decide, pressure free but never stopped helping. Even after I purchased he was there, helping switch my plates over and show me the service area. I really appreciated this proof from Jim, that Hubler is committed to service even after the sale. I will be a return customer.

    I received outstanding professional service from my salesperson, the sales manager and even one of the owners at Hubler. Over the years I have purchased 5 vehicles from Hubler and each time the professional staff has taken adequate amounts of time to explain the purchase agreements and the service agreements. Especially with this 2016 purchase I was quite impressed by the amount of energy and effort given by Rik and Larry. First trying to find an existing vehicle to no avail, and then finally ordering exactly what I wanted was a pleasant experience. I summarize by saying, these folks are professionals and I was treated with great respect by all the Hubler family and staff.

    FIrst of all, I had been working with Sonia Bittle for over two weeks trying to locate a Chevy Malibu or Dodge Avenger. It was a little frustrating at first because there just werent many cars that were in my price range that I liked. I also hadnt been able to sell my car yet, so she was on stand by until I did. However, she never stopped searching and was able to located that was close to my budget. Once I sold my car, which was only a few days later, we set up a time to meet. The car was at a different dealership so she had to have the car brought over for me, which was a great gesture. When I arrived at the dealership Sonia greeted us and explained that she was working with another client and asked if it was okay if Jim was help us out unti she was available. We were fine with that so we went on a test drive with Jim Quakenbush. I must say, he is a very personable guy and even provides some comic relief. He worked with us through the financing process and helped us find a way to buy the car that night. He also helped us find a deal on the car that we could afford, which is often the most stressful and annoying part, but going through that process with him wasn't so bad. Around the same time Sonia was able to attend to us again and helped us wrap up the deal. She was very friendly, helpful and upbeat through the entire process, which includes times where we texted back and forth about cars weeks before. Overall, it was a great experience with some great sales people! I never felt pressured into the car, which is something I like very much. I also got two great sales people to help me make a deal on a great car that I love!
