Dealership Sales Review
FIrst of all, I had been working with Sonia Bittle for over two weeks trying to locate a Chevy Malibu or Dodge Avenger. It was a little frustrating at first because there just werent many cars that were in my price range that I liked. I also hadnt been able to sell my car yet, so she was on stand by until I did. However, she never stopped searching and was able to located that was close to my budget. Once I sold my car, which was only a few days later, we set up a time to meet. The car was at a different dealership so she had to have the car brought over for me, which was a great gesture. When I arrived at the dealership Sonia greeted us and explained that she was working with another client and asked if it was okay if Jim was help us out unti she was available. We were fine with that so we went on a test drive with Jim Quakenbush. I must say, he is a very personable guy and even provides some comic relief. He worked with us through the financing process and helped us find a way to buy the car that night. He also helped us find a deal on the car that we could afford, which is often the most stressful and annoying part, but going through that process with him wasn't so bad. Around the same time Sonia was able to attend to us again and helped us wrap up the deal. She was very friendly, helpful and upbeat through the entire process, which includes times where we texted back and forth about cars weeks before. Overall, it was a great experience with some great sales people! I never felt pressured into the car, which is something I like very much. I also got two great sales people to help me make a deal on a great car that I love!
