Jeff Cote was a great salesman. He was very helpful during the whole transition. Webb Ford is always helpful for all your car or truck needs. A great to buy a vehicle.

Terribly Unprofessional
by balort on 06/25/2012updated 08/05/2025I was visiting this dealership on Sat. June 23rd. I was approached by one of the salesmen, who asked what he could help me with. I told him "I'd like to test drive a Ford Taurus, I see them on the road and I like the look of them." He says… to me "That car is too big for you. You look more like a Mercury kind of lady. That car is too big, too much for you. You're too old to drive a car that big." He absolutely would NOT get the keys so I could sit in the 2013 Taurus demo or let me test drive it. He took me to the fusions they have in the back lot, but during the walk told me his life story about his wife leaving him for his brother, but that he's thankful he's away from that "b****", saying that women take everything and leave nothing." Not only did I NOT need to know his business, but he made the walk to the cars very awkward (not to mention I didnt want to look at this type of car anyway!) He convinced me to test drive the fusion, pulled the car out about 5 feet for me, and had the radio blaring! After I got in the car, I headed towards Indianapolis Blvd. meanwhile, an African American salesman was walking near where I was heading, the salesman told me to "Hit the black guy and I'll give you 25 points". He is thoughtless, immature, and has no concept of how to talk to customers. You can bet I will NEVER drive a vehicle that came off that lot. But I'll surely be talking about this event to everyone I know, posting to facebook and all other media until the Northwest Indiana area is aware of the [non-permissible content removed] you hire to sell your cars! What sales guy would refuse to sell the item a customer wanted and was willing to pay for??? Insane!Keep Driving
by mjenks on 09/08/2013updated 08/05/2025Please go back to p.r. classes the salesman I had will not mention his name because I know people need a job, but how can you sell cars without listening to what a person says. I asked him to go to his computer and figure out some numbers… and call me...NEVER heard from him, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, don't see how you're still in business.Terrible Terrible Dealership
by tokoda on 03/25/2011updated 08/05/2025Terrible place to try and buy a car.Absolutely will not deal.Drive north to Chicago for a real deal.I got almost 3 thousands dollars more for my trade in than what these guys were trying to stick me with. When you go to buy a used car they… quote from Kbb and NADA like they are the bible of car prices, when trying to trade in they act like they never heard of the books. To many places online to check the value of your car, don't be railroaded into accepting auction/salvage prices like these guys try and do.Avoid this stealership at all costs
by chucky29044 on 07/02/2013updated 08/05/2025Took Ford Escape aunt and uncle bought new from this stealership in for what was the 3rd head gasket: Original factory bad at 45k, replacement done by Webb now confirmed leaking again by trusted mechanic who cleaned area and observed… leaking head gasket now at 96k. Trans also went bad on this vehicle, along with a front axle. Told service advisor, John R, all this, they said they'd look at it. Called back and said wasn't head gasket leaking, was timing cover gasket. Small problem there though: Head gasket already confirmed leaking by trusted garage, also, timing cover gasket doesn't leak uphill to head gasket. Refused service on behalf of relatives, took it to trusted local garage who ended up doing job. Turns out it was head gasket, had large scratch in it from whoever did job previously at Webb. If you can't trust an established dealer to make right their screw up on what is basically a disaster vehicle as far as reliability, how can you trust them at all? Avoid at all costs. The bad reviews for this place aren't fake...
by eddie11986 on 07/29/2012updated 08/05/2025I'm in search of a used 2011 Mustang Gt or new 2013 Gt. Wanted to look at both and look at the price difference. I did a quick search online and found they had a few there, both new and used. I also noticed they had a handful of pretty bad… reviews but disregarded them assuming it was local competition. Turns out I was wrong. After some chit chat with the salesmen, I realized he really didn't know what he was talking about. He had no helpful info, didn't know anything about his cars on his lot, and was rude. I finally asked if had the keys. He said sure but he'd have to go get them but needed some info. I said sure and started to get my license out but proceeds to tell me we need to do some "paperwork." I ask him how long since I only had about 30 to 40 minutes before I'd have to get on my way. He tells me "If you don't have time for me, I don't have time for you" and crosses his arms. I gave him back his business card and left. Later I come to find out that my sister was shopping for a car across the street from there, she had wondered into their lot looking at Ford Edges and had a similar horrible time with their sales people. I would not recommend anything more than "Sunday shopping" there.
