On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate him an 11!I want to add that John in your finance department was also very helpful. He explained everything about financing, and the warranty. Your company is very fortunate to have Chris and John on staff!

Staff was all genuinely very kind and were happy to take care of a couple maintenance services while… I was there even though that was not the reason I brought my car in. He gave him a hard time about borrowing a car and going somewhere during the repair. Paul was very kind and Rusty… sat and waited for the CRV. The repair was done more quickly than we were told, and Paul was so professional and friendly that he changed Rusty's mood and attitude for the day.
