onPaul Evans was exceptional on Friday. It was extremely busy when my husband, Rusty, got there and he was not in a good mood. He gave him a hard time about borrowing a car and going somewhere during the repair. Paul was very kind and Rusty sat and waited for the CRV. The repair was done more quickly than we were told, and Paul was so professional and friendly that he changed Rusty's mood and attitude for the day. He wanted to make sure that you knew how well it went.
