Service guy didn't know the car hadn't even been pulled in and diagnosed yet. He said he'd get it in and call me in "a few minutes." I… made the comment that it was a good thing I hadn't come back in a couple of hours. He replied, "Yeah, I guess." Two hours later I called them back again and he said it was outside waiting for me to pick it up. People wonder why everyone HATES getting their cars serviced. Like in most areas in our lives a little communication goes a long way. Was also told the car would be washed before I picked it up. Was it? No. Can't say I'd recommend this service department to anyone.Brent Carver....da man!

Took it to a mechanic and found it that it had a cracked head and someone put cooper in the water reservoir so you wouldn't notice it! The mechanic found so many problems… they recommending junking it!!! We decided to put a new engine and fix the several problems which cost us about 4500! Called D-Patrick right away and they said to bad. Not considerate at all! [non-permissible content removed]! Don't buy from them! They will sell you a bad vehicle!Great job, Henry!

Upon arrival Faye coordinated application of gloss coat finish to both exterior and interior of our new MKC. We have now driven the MKC a whopping 50 miles and let us tell you, "It is a smooth ride!"
