Was told I would hear from them in "a couple of hours." I waited 6 and heard nothing so I called them. Service guy didn't know the car hadn't even been pulled in and diagnosed yet. He said he'd get it in and call me in "a few minutes." I made the comment that it was a good thing I hadn't come back in a couple of hours. He replied, "Yeah, I guess." Two hours later I called them back again and he said it was outside waiting for me to pick it up. People wonder why everyone HATES getting their cars serviced. Like in most areas in our lives a little communication goes a long way. Was also told the car would be washed before I picked it up. Was it? No. Can't say I'd recommend this service department to anyone.
