CHANDLER Is the MAN!
by HK on 08/31/2022Never set foot in this dealership! Closed an entire deal via text messages and emails! No shady business at all, they were transparent and honest the entire time. I'd recommend Ziegler Ford/Lincoln to anyone! Chandler Bos communicated… with me through the whole process, keeping me up to date and informed. He handled shipping and all! I can't thank him enough. I'd also like to thank Brian Stempien for handling the paperwork and for his excellent service. You guys are awesome!No hassle price!
by JAR45217 on 08/29/2022My wife and I located a used truck for sale at Ziegler Ford. We thought it would be a good first vehicle for our son. The truck was just listed and we were the first to look at it. It had a dead battery and a low tire. The sales man jumped… the truck and had the tire fixed within minutes. After test driving it we decided to purchase it. The salesman had the battery replaced and added fuel while we took care of the paperwork. We had pre-approval for a small loan and with their help taking care of the paperwork we drove off in about an hr. Our son could not be happier.Review

I first leased a vehicle and then decided to purchase it with Troy helping me both times. He was very helpful without ever being pushy and was available… to talk by whatever means I found convenient. We were luckily put in contact with Caleb and he was quick to answer our questions and set up a appointment to look at vehicles on the lot while having a few pulled up to test… drive. After expressing what I was looking for and what my husband was looking for. He ended up finding a vehicle that matched both our interests for a even better deal then the ones we were initially Interested in! Caleb was so patient and made the whole process go smoothly and continues to reach out to check in! Not to mention we absolutely love our Ford Expedition! Thank you Caleb and the team at Ziegler’s for our best experience of car shopping yet!Would not shop there again
by NB on 10/22/2019My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeigler in Elkhart. We had less than 2 weeks to do so because of an accident. The car sales man we dealt with was NOT helpful and I truly wish we could have use a different dealership… but the car I wanted WE found at Zeigler. He did absolutely nothing to get the sale. I wish I could have given it to the ones who actually were nice and worked hard at other dealerships for us but like I said it came down to what car we wanted. I will never go back and would never recommend it to anyone. My only hope it we picked the right car and it treats us better than the dealership did.Used Buick Encore, First Time Buyer
by SaraL on 04/08/2019I brought my sister in to see a 2015 Buick Encore. The very first thing I did was reach out to the dealership through the internet requesting some additional information. This was after hours and to my surprise I received a VERY prompt… response from Mitch Miller. We were able to get an appointment set up for the very next day to come see the vehicle. We arrived to the dealership and were warmly greeted, and promptly attended to. Mitch let us take the car out for a test drive and when we came back we decided to go ahead and purchase it. My sister was a first time car buyer so Mitch made sure to walk her through all the details! He was amazing and it shows how much he cares for his work. The process was fairly quick, we worked with Mitch and then went on to financing, which was also a great experience. We are so happy with the purchase and I am grateful that Mitch was there to walk her through it! I will be back myself in the future and I am looking forward to working with him again!! Mitch Miller did a fabulous job with the 2016 Edge and so when the lease ended this month he did a great job with my 2019 Edge. He listened to what I wanted and came through with… a wonderful car and deal. He was so understanding and made sure I understood about the sale and then showed me the newer features of the this Edge. Very courteous.Excellent Experience

After driving it, we weren't quite sure we were ready to take on another payment right then. Our Salesman, Bill was awesome!! He understood our situation, and was… kind and helpful. After a few days Bill called us back with a payment that we couldn't refuse and now I have a beautiful new Edge in my garage just in time for Christmas!Trudy on 1/8/2018

by Chris78 on 07/12/2017I've been here before multiple times but this time an awesome guy Mitch Miller came through for me with a new vehicle my old one was giving me problems and I reached out to Mitch and set me up with a newer vehicle at a lower monthly payment… and lower apr% so I love this ford dealership and will definitely continue coming back that's for sure.Disrespectful

by pendragons on 11/17/2016Honestly, I was really disappointed by my visit. I expected professionalism at a dealership with good reviews but, unfortunately, that is not what I was shown. When I handed over my keys to let them check out my car (a mustang), their… employee went roaring around their parking lot and easily could have collided with another car if someone else was driving around. When my car was parked, it was parked too far forward on their curb so it scraped the front of it. My salesman, Jon Difranco, tried to make jokes about this unprofessional behavior. They also acted like they were holding my keys hostage from me and wouldn't bring them back to me after I was finished test driving vehicles. Despite the ad I received about this month being Black Friday Deals, I was not offered anything remotely resembling a deal and my offers were ignored even though the ad said all reasonable offers would be considered. I know what my vehicle is worth and I know what the vehicle I wanted to buy was worth. I was ready with my title to make a deal, even willing to lose a bit on my end, but we weren't anywhere close to fair. After I thanked Jon for his time and told him I appreciated it but wasn't interested in their best offer, he reacted in a show of unprofessionalism by pouting like a toddler. He actually stuck up his nose and ignored me as I left. I feel bad that this review is not positive, but I was sadly not impressed at all by my visit. I treat people with courtesy and respect, and, even if we couldn't make a deal, I was not treated well. They did not respect me or my car.We have tried to reach out to you several times and have been unsuccessful. We apologize for your experience and look forward to having the opportunity to rectify the situation.
2016 F-150 - Add on part

He was so helpful and worked hard to find a vehicle that was perfect for me. I never felt pressured. Zeigler's customer service… far exceeded the other dealerships I visited.
