Great but sad!
by Shawn R. on 05/26/2022Easy to make a deal, Ill give you 5 stars for that!! The truck i bought didnt idle smooth, was very rough. After trying to get the dealer to fix the idle problem they did agree to pay for the diagnostic. They cleaned the throttle body. The… dealer payed for that too. I had to pay 129.00 for an alignment that the dealer should have done. all this should have been done prior to the sale! My problem is this, dealer put a truck on the lot was not road worthy in my opinion. Your mechanic and or sales men that cant tell a vehicle has an idle issue not to mention a steering problem. Im not sure what to say. I have to buy 198.00 for Coils 6, spark plugs 6 and new wires. In conclusion, I had to fork out 327.00 extra for what the dealer should have done. Im not mad but it's very disappointing. Chevrolet of columbus indiana has lost any future business from me.
