    Buyer beware! The sticker price is not what they charge. They added $2500 to the price during negotiations. They said it was for paint, roadside assistance, etc. all stuff we didn’t need and they wouldn’t remove. They advertise they are below kbb. The sticker price is, but not when they get you in the door. After this happened, I read reviews on BBB reporting the same thing. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

    This dealership advertises a cerified vehicle at a certain price and then adds 1900 more on to the price for it being certified when you try to buy it at the advertised price. Isn't that illegal?

    I bought my car from Jeff Wyler in Clarksville Indiana and have sent several emails regarding my free services and NO ONE called or email me back. The customer service here is horrible . I had to call the corporate office ito get someone to call be back 3 days after I bought the car. I recommend going to any other dealership other than Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville

    We bought my daughter's car here back in the summer. I was so impressed that I returned to purchase my own car Zachary, like Justin, was pleasant and very helpful. Straight-forward sales technique which I really appreciated.

    This is my 3rd vehicle (lease) from Jeff Wyler Toyota and every experience has been fantastic! Our salesman each time is Dennis Hughes and he is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with and as long as he's selling vehicles he will always be our go to person. Because of the excellent customer service and quality of their cars we won't go anywhere else.

    We did not enjoy our experience at this Toyota dealership. We went to look at used SUVs, and the detailing department did a poor job. The SUVs we looked at were not as clean as they should have been (we have since visited other dealerships and their cars are much cleaner and nicer overall). We did not like the SUVs that they had available and had decided we were not going to buy that day. Also, there were scratches in dents in one of the SUVs we looked at, and when we asked about this we were told all used SUVs would have this. The sales person we were with kept telling us "no pressure" and then going on and on about how we would not find another SUV that is at such a good price for the miles. He was wrong and we knew it, we went to Honda and bought a used SUV with better mileage for a fair price. Finally, most dealerships keep a folder with the carfax in every single car. At this dealership, you have to ask for it and then they show it to you on their phone. This place seems very unprofessional and a low grade dealership. If you want to visit a shady dealership with half-assed work, go here.

    I got a price guarantee from Edmunds and made an appointment to see the truck i was interested in. I spoke with the dealer over the phone that morning to ask some questions about the truck. I went there about 40 min drive, they didn't even have the truck!!!! Showed me one that was $6000 more and the wrong color. I had them appraise my vehicle and they came up with a ridiculous offer. I had already checked KBB and they were $4000 lower than worse case scenario. I feel like they are [non-permissible content removed] and will try to cheat you anyway they can. Buyer beware, do you research first.

    I originally bought a car from Jeff Wyler Clarksville over 2 years ago. I worked with Dennis Hughes at that time and received excellent service. At this time, I wanted to trade my SUV in for a smaller car. My first thought was to again contact Dennis Hughes, as my first experience had been so positive, quick and easy! I've now purchased my 2nd vehicle from Jeff Wyler Clarksville, and again, the experience has been nothing but positive. I'd highly recommend this dealership!

    thanks to our salesman Alex M for being fantastic. Me and my husband can be a handful, we love to have fun anywhere we are. Alex quickly picked up on our personality and we all jived. He made our car buying experience a pleasant one. . Also we would like to thank Joe M ( finance guy) for taking the extra steps with financing. We are absolutely thrilled with our new FJ CRUISER and the wonderful treatment from the staff at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville

    I bought a 2011 Tundra this week from Tom Tebault. He located a vehicle to my specifications within 1 day and delivered it the next. There was no pressure to buy something off the lot that I did not want. The price was fair and the service was great.

    I have always had good experiences when buying cars or going with friends and family members. I have been shopping for cars forever as I wanted to be sure that I made the right choice. I finally settled on a Toyota Yaris and went to Jeff Wyler to purchase one after looking at a model three times. I am a woman and never in my life have I been treated as such. It was a horrible buying experience. Looking back it makes me laugh. As a man, I probably would have been treated differently and probably walked out with a car. I walked out empty handed as the sales managers at this dealership lack customer service skills. They do not know how to treat people at all. I would think Toyota would at least provide basic training on how to treat others with respect. Towards the end of my buying experience with this lot, I found myself in a room with the finance person and both sales managers. One of those managers had the audacity to raise his voice and repeatedly pointing at a piece of paper stating I had agreed to this price. By this point, I has somewhat agreed with the price and was interested in the finance options. The lot tried to tell me my credit score was 70 points lower than the report I had run prior to purchasing. They ended up lowering my APR by 2.5 % which I don't know why they would if I had the score they stated I did. I do not know what they thought they would accomplish by having two sales managers and the finance manager walk into the room when the deal wasn't happening. Maybe scare tactics to make me feel pressured to buy? One of the sales persons even walked out of the room while we were discussing and never returned. I will never recommend this lot to anyone and never return. I guess they thought because I was a woman they could talk me into a deal of which I was not in agreement and even tried to "gang" up on me to do so. This is not good salesmanship nor is it good customer service. I would rank it up there with borderline harrassment. I will be buying a car within the next 6 months and will most likely be giving my money to Honda. Their lots, when I was pricing and looking to buy, always treated me with respect. If I do end up with a Toyota, it will be bought at a different lot as will my friends and family.
    • Obviously there is nothing more disheartining than seeing a complaint in black and white. When reviewing this complaint we saw several things that concern us. Of primary concern is the customer perception that we treated her differently because she is a woman. We strive to treat EVERY customer with absolute respect. If her perception is that we treated her poorly than we obviously failed. There is one thing she says in her complaint that I would like to comment on. The customer says that we told her her credit score was 70 points lower than what she ran at home. This is entirely possible as the dealership runs an "auto weighted" credit report, the standard in the industry. The report she ran at home was simply done using a different scoring system. We should have done a better job of explainingv this to her. This customer was not happy, and we are truly sorry for that. It may too late to make her happy, but we appreciate her input. We can only fix a problem unless we are aware of it.

  • Great Buying Experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota Clarksville, IN

    This is the second Toyota I have purchased from this dealership in four years.I had such a positive experience with my first purchase, a new 2004 Corolla, that I did not hesitate to return to Jeff Wyler to trade that car in and buy a new, 2009 Corolla. For this purchase, I decided to try something new by making all of the arrangements via the Internet and Jeff Wyler's Internet sales specialist, Larry Pizer. As I test drove the car, Larry was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all of the features and nuances of the redesigned Corolla. In addition, at no time did he use any tactics to pressure me into purchasing this vehicle. Larry was very personable, friendly, and eager to work with me to put me in this car. In fact, all of the employees at this dealership were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The manager even came out and introduced himself, and made me feel very comfortable. He too, did not try to pressure me into anything. When we negotiated price, I gave Larry the ballpark payment I was looking for. The only thing I countered was asking more for my trade in. Without hesitatation, Larry said." not a problem." In a few moments he returned with the offer I wanted. We shook hands, and the deal was done. Once again, I had a positive buying experience at this dealership. The car I test drove was the vehicle I wanted, so in no time it was taken to the shop to be prepped. When my shiney, new '09 Corolla was ready, (delivered with a full tank of gas,) we had a walk-through inspection of the outside of the car. Then we sat inside the car, and Larry clearly explained how to use the cruise control, 6 CD player stereo, lights, etc., and every single button and switch on the car. He also answered all of my questions, and never made me feel like my questions were ignorant. So you will know, I am a middle age female. As I previously mentioned, this is the second car I have purchased from Jeff Wyler. I could have been an easy target to "take for a ride" so to speak. Instead, this dealership twice respected me as a person, and respected my knowledge of the vehicle as well. In 4 or 5 years, I will be returning to Jeff Wyler to trade in my current new car. I would recommend both new and loyal Toyota consumers in the Kentuckiana area go to Jeff Wyler. They will not be disappointed!

    This was a great experience from start to finish. We absolutely love Toyotas for longevity and good value so it is simply a matter of finding the right dealership to use. Chuck Y and the rest of the staff at this dealership were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door right through to when we left with our new RAV4. Chuck was even kind enough to go out and start my car to warm it up before we left because it was snowing and very cold. They worked with us to help us find the best vehicle for our needs at the best possible price. They were very understanding and helpful even though another dealership in the area (Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville) tried to steal our business away unfairly at the last minute. (Obviously, Oxmoor was unsuccessful). We would highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a Toyota vehicle.

    Is is by far the easiest, most up front car purchase we have made. We will definitely return. Our salesperson, Scott, was knowledgeable about the product and presented the facts, info and offer without being pushy. We didn't have to suffer the back-and-forth pretend "best offer" negotiations we have experienced at other dealers, which we appreciate and which saves time and frustration. We got a great offer and great service without sacrificing experience. Thank you Scott and Jeff Wyler!

    I had been looking for a new car for several months when I stopped in to see a Yaris that I found via the dealer's website. As soon as I walked in the door, Rolanda greeted me warmly and began helping me. She fully explained all of the features of the vehicle as we test-drove it. She was personable and not pushy at all. I was so impressed with her wonderful customer service that I decided to buy it that day. She made the financing and negotiations just as easy and clear. I just bought my car two days ago and have already recommended her and this dealership to a friend!
