  • Above & Beyond

5 out of 5 starsby lapidab on 11/02/2017

This dealership is the only dealeship in Clarksville worth going to. Both the sales and finance people went above and beyond. Our sales associate even stayed after closing hours, after we were done signing all of our paperwork, and showed us how to use everything in the car and set everything up. And the finance manager called us back the next day to let us know that he had gotten us a better interest rate! We bought this car a year ago and no problems yet (used 2014 chevy Cruze).

  • Great experience

Very patient, did not make me feel rushed at all. Very thorough, and courteous. Answered all my questions with ease. I purchased a 2014 Malibu LTZ and needed a lot of help learning all the special electronics and setting up onstar and Tony helped me with this with no problems. I've also had family members purchase a car here and also had a great experience with Tony and the rest of the crew.

  • Coyle Chevrolet is Amazing!

    5 out of 5 starsby Jon_Lesher on 09/03/2014

I usually dread going to a dealership for a new vehicle. My family was in need of a new vehicle and we were looking at trucks. We needed something that I could use for work and yet still be able to haul the whole family. We used to own a Dodge, so we wanted to try something different. Then we considered Chevrolet, and Ford. The unethical experience at Ford up by LaGrange made me vow to never go back. Then I heard about Coyle Chevrolet. So I checked over their website for a new Crew Cab truck. I found the one that I liked and proceeded to go down to their Dealership. The Salesman Matt W was nice and very friendly. And the Finance Manager Joel P, was super helpful as he walked me through what was involved in trading in my vehicle and the options we had. He was the one that really made my day. Without him, I'm not sure I would of even been able to get such a beautiful truck at a GREAT interest rate! I don't have any regrets about this experience. Well, maybe just one. That I didn't contact them sooner. Thanks Joel P and Coyle Chevrolet for my new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab!

  • Great Experience!!

5 out of 5 starsby JustinChelsea on 07/02/2014

Just purchased my third vehicle from Coyle with salesman JP M. I have been to many different car dealers in my time, but there is a reason I keep going back to JP and Coyle: The service is top notch, they treat you like a person (not a sale), and they don't play games. There is nothing worse than dealing with the stress of buying a car and having to go through the games that many dealers play; it adds to the frustration. At Coyle, I have never had a bad experience. The sales reps are more like service agents, sure they want to make the sale, but they don't treat you like you're an idiot. Make no mistake, they are out to make a profit, just like any other dealer. Anybody who doesn't think that any dealership is not out to make a profit is out of their minds. However, at Coyle, I am always respected. They understand that I am out to get a deal just as much as they are out to make a profit. We are always able to come to a rational compromise. They work extra hard at getting the financing just right for you. Jole, the numbers guy is a great, experienced resource. Even with less than stellar credit, he was able to make things happen, and find the right finance option for us. I will definitely go back to Coyle when I am looking for another car. They have earned our business for a very long time.

  • Excellent service

Chris C and Randy W were the salesmen who took care of our purchase. They were kind, honest and prompt in their communication with us. A friend recommended Chris. We stopped by to look around and met Randy first. Being new to the area, it was important for us to find the right place for the right deal. Coyle has made a good impression on us. We'll be back.
  • great experience

Purchased a Dodge Ram from Coyle in January. My sales person Amanda was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She still calls me every few weeks just to ask how my truck is and if there is anything I need from them. The one issue I did have they offered to take my truck to the Dodge dealer and give me a loaner truck. This was for a recall the Dodge dealer did incorrectly and Coyle had no reason to help other than to provide excellent customer service.
  • Worst experience ever!

    1 out of 5 starsby usmc1775 on 06/16/2014

Absolutely the worst experience ever. First they gave me a unreasonable trade offer for my 2012 Camry. Kenny G who is the Sales Team Leader told me the reason was because they needed to put new tires on my Camry. I'm sure he was mistaking me for another customer since my Camry was serviced by Toyota and tires rotated every oil change. The tires looked great with normal tread wear especially since my Camry only had 30000 miles on it. Lol Anyway the new truck they had pictured on their website wasn't even the truck they had. Kenny admitted to the mistake and convinced me to try a dealer locate for the truck I wanted. When they did a dealer locate they said after the weekend the truck they found for me would be at their dealership. Went to john johns of corydon and they found the same truck as coyle. Well turns out the dealership in ohio had already sold that truck. I had given coyle $100 to hold this supposed truck in ohio. When I went back to Coyle I asked for my deposit back. Kenny told me a big fat lie and said he had already paid for a driver to pick it up. He said the truck would be there next week and tried to make it sound like I couldn't walk away from their deal. A deal on a truck that was already sold. lol I informed Kenny that he was full of it and the truck was no longer available. Then he tried to tell me why I should buy a truck from them is because of their awesome service department. Not sure who buys a vehicle just for the service department? I asked politely over and over to refund my $100. After sitting outside for over 45 mins fuming because of being lied to over and over I went inside. Again I asked what the hold up was. One of the managers behind the counter who was Rick Siers New Car Manager again tried to convince me to buy a truck from them. This time it seemed like I was trying to be strong armed. I gave them my honest opinion about the situation when the new car manager decided to interrupt me and say you only live once.....we don't want to sell you a car anyway. I expressed my concerns in a unpleasant manner and this guy decided to get tough by jumping out of his chair and walking at me in a very threatening manner. When I called him out he cover his tracks by saying he was trying to get my Visa Card to refund me. Kinda weird when your surrounded by salesmen and he comes at me damn near running. I finally got my refund but at a cost. I am a disabled veteran and spent 12 years in law enforcement before I had to disability retire. I consider myself a very patient person. This was the worst experience I've ever had from a dealership. Being lied to, tried to strong arm me into buying and almost being assaulted is how you sell cars? Not sure how long this dealership can last if that's an accepted business practice. I bought a truck a John Jones with no hassle and saved closed to 4000 off the same truck that Coyle tried to sell me. Not saying go to John Jones. Just don't go to Coyle
