    Best experianc I've ever had working with a car dealer. The only one that comes close was buying my last truck, different brand but from "The Only Name You Need To Know" also. This Ram is the best truck I've seen in awhile and I love it. Highly recomend the Ram and Ed Martin.

    Worked with the Ed Martin group to find the car I wanted. Reviewed a number of possibilities and came up with ordering the car. They kept me informed of the progress of the building of the car and the estimated time of arrival. The whole process went smoothly. Working with the dealerships was an excellent experience.

    I had bought a vehicle from Ed Martin two years ago and had a wonderful experience. I went to the dealership on Saturday to purchase another vehicle since my previous experience was positive. I waited over an hour for loan processing. After an hour and a half, I was told the interest rates they found from banks were not where anyone wanted to be and that they would check with the credit unions and they didn't want me to wait any longer. Jesse offered to bring the car and paperwork to me Monday and that he didn't want me to wait any longer. He informed me he would contact me Monday. I knew when I left the financial part was not going to work. It is now Tuesday and I never received a call saying there was nothing they could do or that they were unable to obtain financing for me. A good business would inform you of the news whether positive or negative to your face. I respect a company more for being honest than sneaky and avoiding delivering news. At least have some common courtesy of calling as promised. I was referred by members of the community to purchase my last vehicle from them. After this negative experience, I will not purchase any vehicle from Ed Martin again. Sometimes being honest and delivering news that a customer may not want to hear is the best business practice and the customer will respect you more and will come back when the situation changes.

    I negotiated to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership to be shippedd out of state. James B, the sales rep was friendly and responsive. We came to an agreement on a Friday and I put down a deposit. I informed Mr. B that I had initiated sale of stock so that I could pay for the vehicle and that it would take approximately one week to get the money. In the meantime, I coordinated a transport to come pick up the vehicle. The following Tuesday, The GM, Brian B, informed me that they had decided to sell the vehicle to someone else who had offered more money. I was livid! As a result, I am out over $1,000. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

    The service at Ed Martin was great. We did our research before going in, so the sales people were just guiding us through their inventory. They were honest and upfront through all the paperwork and they didn't try to strong arm us into anything.

    My overall experience with Ed Martin's dealership in Anderson IN was exceptional. All of the staff was more than helpful in getting all of my questions answered and they made my buying experience pleasant and smooth. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a used or new vehicle, you will not be disappointed!!!

    I purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger from Jesse C at Ed Martin in Anderson on 10/14/13. Jesse made the buying process very smooth and easy. Everyone at Ed Martin are nice and easy to work with. Jesse also took the tome to show me how to work the features on my car. I'm very pleased and would reccomend Jesse and Ed Martin to family and friends.

    I had a great experience with Ed Martin when looking for a very specific version of the 2013 Dodge Dart. Their sales associate, James B, took my requirements and helped track down the perfect match for my request within a week, and I was on the road with my new car in no time. Service was great all around, and I have already recommended the dealership and James B to several other friends that may be looking for a new car.

    Me and my wife went to Ed Martin Chrysler Jeep to purchase a vehicle and our experience was phenomenal. The service and selection was great. Our sales consultant, Jeremy G, went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. We have been to quite a few dealers which took hours on end to get a vehicle. Jeremy found us the vehicle we wanted and the financing department got us a great deal with fast and friendly service. Best experience we`ve had. Fast, friendly service. Definitely looking forward to purchase vehicles in the future with this dealership and letting others know.

  • Never thought I see the day......

    I never thought I would see the day when a car dealer would put customers ahead of profit. The used car I purchased was clearly way under book value. I bought a used 2014 Chevy Sonic with only 168 miles. The price was nearly $5500 dollars below book value and $6000 below the new price. Actually I bought a new car at a used car price. It was easily the best experience I ever had purchasing any car and at my age I have purchased several. If you are in the market for a new Chrysler product or a used vehicle Go to Ed Martin in Anderson first and it will be the only stop you will make. Thank you Ed Martin! You're easily out front of of all the other dealers.

    Mike H is very professional and responsive to my questions and inquiries. He got the vehicle all ready to go before I came in to pick it up. John at the financing department also got all of the paperwork prepared in advance so that it only took me a few minutes to get all of the documents done. People from the parts department were courteous and nice. Overall it was a great car buying experience.

    I'd like to thank your two Mike's in particular. We had outstanding help for people who had a green slip! Although we make a nice income thru Chrysler we really needed the lowest price possible, buying a base model car should verify that, hah. We have had expenditures to the excess of 60k in the past two years, that would knock any family off their pedestal. Unbeknownst to Mike, we have even gone two winters without a furnace. It has been bad in many ways, furnace, well water, crawlspace, radon...... When our car had some repair work needed, we weighed the pros and cons of either fixing it or buying new. The price you gave us cemented the decision to purchase. Thank you so very, very much. Terri

    In and out period. I have been at car lots and have sat in the show room for hours. Recently I went with my mother to Ray Skillman Buick to purchase a new Buick for her and the process was over 4 hours. We knew the car and color she wanted and it still took that long. I also took my son with me for the experience but he was so bored it made the process even worse. Very satisfied with how fast it took for me to get off the lot.
