I live a couple hours away and so does my family and if it weren't so far I would love to recommend… this Chevrolet dealership. Tim was awesome at getting things done and ready in a timely manner. I had my previous car serviced there many times. now that I have a car through them , I will take it there even more. only issue I noticed was that there seems to be evidence that the cars interior was… not thoroughly cleaned. there's quite a few spots on the seats. other than that everything was great!good

by Skulhamr on 08/24/2014When I was growing up, car dealerships and customers existed in antagonistic worlds to each other. The salesperson wooed you in as a customer, made a sale, then joined the rest of the staff in denying you as much as possible of the benefits… you were due. This was thought to be the proper course of the business model since once the sale is made, the business saves money by denying or delaying benefits such as warranty and service. Thank god for companies such as Ed Martin, who recognize that it's the long-haul customer that provides sustainable profits. I value my status with Ed Martin each time I seek service. You can't buy this respect.Again Ed Martin Comes Through!

They all knew but me. Well Played! When I came in to pick up my car, I didnt notice at first them about… flipped out. It was like a little episode of "Pimp my Ride". Thanks Ed Martin, You guys kept the secret and helped my husband get it done and on my Birthday! You guys Rock! I have been telling everyone about the service there since we bought the car... never been disappointed!Class act

I requested some additional service beyond the required complimentary service and I was given a loaner car. When I returned to pickup my car I was given… a discount for the out of pocket expense. In all my years of owning GM vehicles, that is the first time to receive a discount. The Ed Martin dealership is above and beyond any that I have ever dealth with before.they did it again!
