Great Experience

Great experience. Every request I had they accommodated, including like a 3 hour test drive. They stayed late on a Friday night to finish everything for me. This is the first dealership I've come across that I would actually return to for future business. Wonderful people. Highest recommendation. Almost forgot, when I left something behind in my trade-in, they mailed it back to me right away (I live 125 miles away). They could have just claimed it wasn't there and I would have been screwed. That's integrity.

    I purchased an A4 from Drew at Westmont Audi a while back, and let me tell you I had never had such a smooth and courteous car buying experience. For only being in the business for a few months Drew has some of the best product knowledge the business has ever seen. He knows his stuff and genuinely cares about you and your experience. Hands down best dealership and salesperson to work with in the Chicago area. If your looking for an Audi at a great price with best in class service I reccomend you go to Audi in Westmont and work with Drew

    Arrogance and lack of professionalism from internet sales manager. General manager ok. They think that they are the best ! Nahh! Crazy dealership policy – cannot purchase vehicle and export abroad. STAY AWAY!

    I went to Audi westmont to buy a volvo s60 R,I came from mich and I was helped by art R. through out the transaction ,very helpful even before I went to il,he took personal interest and made the buying experience a very good one,and made me feel confident about a out of state purchase ,witch iv never done befor,I'm very satisfied with my car,best car iv ever owned,and I would highly recommend ,art R. ,and Audi westmont.

    I bought a 2012 A4 from Mitch M. He was great to work with, knowledgable, and made the whole buying experience very pleasant and efficient. The process was well organized, the car was prepared perfectly and I was in and out in a couple of hours. A week later I noticed a blemish on the front left wheel, where the finish was damaged and has peeled of. Probably during the the transport process. I called Mitch about it. He was very responsive and scheduled for me to drop the car to be taken care off free of charge. This is the type of customer experience one expects from a premium brand like Audi. Well done Westmont.

    My Lexus was totaled in the recent flooding. Completely submerged for two full days. While the insurance claim was being settled, I went new car shopping. I already had deals in hand for a Mercedes C300, a Lexus IS 250, and a Volvo S60 that I had worked out with other dealers. I came here looking for what kind of deal I might get on an Audi A4 or A6. I test drove both and then sat down to talk numbers. I reviewed the options I wanted with Mitch and he put the base numbers on the table. We discussed the numbers and I made an offer on an A6. He went to his manager with my offer. Mitch came back and first asked if I was prepared to sign a deal today? I said no, I was waiting for the insurance money to use as part of the down payment. He said he was "not going to negotiate a deal that I could then use to to get a better deal some where else or come back in a few days and negotiate an even better deal." In short, he refused to talk any more numbers, saying they had people walk in all the time and pay full sticker price. I proceeded to inform him, if he wasn't able to deal, he wasn't selling me a car and left. Guess what, Mitch won't be making any commission off the deal for a brand new Volvo I inked today and Audi of Westmont won't make any profit either.

    I recently purchased a 2007 Audi S6 from Audi of Westmont. The overall experience was really great! I worked primarily with Ed Riedmaier and his trusty side kick Drew. They were both very knowledgeable and aimed at providing complete and positive service in the sales experience. My hat off to Ed for his patience with me and professionalism. I tend to be extremely particular and my car buying takes between 6 and 12 months. I first test drove an S6 6 months ago and determined that this would be a good car for me, then took 5 months to figure what options I wanted on it and wait for another to come available. Ed was subtly available to answer my questions and keep me in the knowledge of what I wanted but he never felt pushy or intrusive. He simply was pacient and helped manage my buying process. I would be happy to work with Ed or Drew in the future and i think that their attitudes are most likely representative of the general professional and positive buying experience of this Audi dealer.

    This was my first experience buying a previously owned car. The idea of buying a Chevy Impala from an Audi dealership was leaving me feeling a little intimidated. But there was no need. From the minute I walked in the door till I left with my car everyone was so nice. You would have thought I was buying their most expensive Audi. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They have followed up with calls and email to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I have never experienced such a personal touch in car shopping. I would love to do business with them again. I only hope I could afford an Audi by then.

    We had previously leased Audi Q5s from another dealer, but Mitchell M. of Laurel Audi of Westmont took customer service to a new level. From his honest and forthright approach to the financial negotiations to his "customized" delivery of the vehicle the day we picked it up, Mitch made the entire process very enjoyable.

    I bought a 2015 A3 just a few weeks ago from Drew F. He really went above and beyond. He didn't try to get me to buy options I didn't want but instead searched to find me exactly what I wanted. He was honest the whole way through and kept me updated while I waited for the car to arrive. He was very informative but without any pressure at all. I'd definitely buy from him and this dealership again. A+ experience the whole time. BTW, the car is awesome! I love it!

    Drew Malone is a great salesperson. He is very honest and responsive. The dealership is very nicely appointed and offers free refreshments and test drives were no problem at all. Financing was very competitive and reasonable. Definitely recommend this dealership as it was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made!!

    I purchased a 2013 Q5 from Audi Westmont and i must say i havent purchased a new car for a while and was kind of dreading it but the experience i had a Audi Westmont was great. no high pressure sales everything was on our own time line and at no time did i feel uncomfortable. I was really just going to buy a pre-owned audi but was suprised at the small difference between pre-owned and new. Greg P. and Ozzie where very courtioues, friendly and very easy to deal with. I was told by a friend they were good and he was right. After returning to the dealer for the great free car washes i have observed the team huddles Ozzie the manager conducts and you can see why this place operates differently than other dealers, they really care about customer service and the place is beautiful and spotless. Thanks Westmont Audi I love my new Q5!!!!

    I'm a picky buyer, I do a lot of research and will probably ask difficult questions to sales associates, I would not want to deal with myself honestly, Greg was extremely helpful during the process he answered all my questions, sent me quotes for different combinations with patience and he was very helpful during the entire process. The finance managers also did a good job puting together all my paperwork quickly and made it a smooth process. They understood I knew what I wanted gave me an honest quote didn't overwhelm me with additional packages aggresively like the other sales people from other dealership I dealt with. I highly recommend it.

    I could not believe the experience I've just had at this Audi dealership. The sale person was rude, condescending and extremely disrespectful during the 15 minutes negotiation. Outraged, but didn't want to make a scene, I put on a smile, thanked for his time, shook his hand and walked out in disbelieve. Example of the unprofessionalism: Salesman: "The price you offer is ridiculous, not worth discussing. If you want cheap car, let me find you a cheap car..." (Threw his offer paper into the trash bin, then opened up his browser, typed something in. Apparently looking for a cheap car to sell to me) Me: "I'm not looking for cheap car. I'm trying to see what you can do for me with the price of the car we're discussing and with my trade-in value". Salesman: "You're not looking for a cheap car? So how did you come up with that ridiculous price? Did you even think before you opened your mouth rattling off that ridiculous price?" Salesman (continued): "Can't do anything about your trading value either. For your information, as soon as I bought your car, I have to IMMEDIATELY put it on auction. Can't have it sitting in our lot. It degrades the prestige of the our business. People coming here to by 80K cars, if they had to walk by that car in the parking lot, they will say 'what kind of dealership is this?'" Me: "Well, I see better prices on automotive web sites" Salesman: "Edmunds.com is where you should go to get real pricing" Me: "As you can see here, for a car with the exact year, model and options, Edmunds Fair Market Price is $2K cheaper than what you're offering" Salesman: "Does Edmunds have a car to sell to you? Can they sell you a car? Huh, do they have a car like this to sell to you? Huh? Can you buy a car from them?" Not sure how much of it was used car salesman tactic and how much was just personality, and not sure if they are profiling as another reviewer has said. Regardless of the reason or tactic, it's a disgrace to the Audi brand. None of my friends own an Audi so I don't know if this experience is typical at Audi dealerships, but a few who own BMWs rave about the great and professional treatment they received at their dealerships (during the sale process and subsequently when they brought their cars in for service). Audi makes great cars, but if their dealerships are so unprofessional, Audi is not a brand worth buying. I have contacted the Audi corporation and Autonation.com (the dealer's parent company) to report the incident. They both said they were sorry to hear about the incident and promised to have managers contact me on a weekday next week to discuss. I'll update this review after the discussion. Until then, beware of Audi Westmont.

    As a first time new-car buyer, I was hesitant walking into a dealership by myself. Being a 26 year old girl, I had already encountered a poor experience from another dealership which left a sour taste in my mouth. The moment I walked into Audi Westmont, I knew this would be the place I purchased my vehicle. Everyone was extremely kind-- the receptionist, the finance specialist, and especially my car specialist, Mitch. I never felt pressured into something I wasn't comfortable with. I could definitely see myself returning to Audi Westmont for years to come. Although I live downtown, the drive was not bad and in my mind, Westmont had exceeded my expectations of customer service and honesty.

    I had a very good experience working with Drew. He was very professional and patient. Took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and it's features. Very quick to respond when I had any questions about equipment or the process of ordering. Drew is also a car enthusiast, so you can sense his passion for the product he sells.
