Great experience. Every request I had they accommodated, including like a 3 hour test drive. They stayed late on a Friday night to finish everything for me. This is the first dealership I've come across that I would actually return to for future business. Wonderful people. Highest recommendation. Almost forgot, when I left something behind in my trade-in, they mailed it back to me right away (I live 125 miles away). They could have just claimed it wasn't there and I would have been screwed. That's integrity.

    I was greeted within a couple of minutes of arriving. Service Rep went over the repair/maintenance services needed. Wait time was estimated at 3 hours and my car was done within that time

    I recently purchased a used Audi A4 from Westmont Audi. It was the best car purchase experience I have had. The salesman, an older gentleman, was fantastic. He was polite, very knowledgeable and honest. That latter attribute meant a lot to me. And they gave me an extra day to get to the dealership to make the purchase, and didn't sell the car out from under me, like another dealer did.

    This was my first time here. I thought they did a great job. Michael was very informative of what needed done on my Audi A6. The video walk around from the technician was great. He showed me what was good on the vehicle and what needed attention. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time to have my vehicle serviced. Thank you Michael!

  • Still can't register my car 17 months after purchase!

    Great purchase experience followed by zero support. The dealership has yet to send my county's title bureau the information i need to register the car in Ohio, 17 months after I purchased it. Emails, online chat and calls all go nowhere or I'm told they will look into it and get back to me, then nothing. For over a year!

    I had a Saturday morning appointment for an oil change. Eric was waiting to check me in. He made sure to explain the length of time the work would take and invited me to relax with a cup of coffee while I waited. The waiting area was sparkling clean and supplied with snacks, water, and hot beverages. I settled in with my book, and in about an hour, I got a text with a link that took me to a video report from my technician. I looked up and Eric was there with papers and my keys. My car was washed and waiting to take me on to the rest of my weekend.

    I was greeted the moment i drove up (7 am Sharpe) and treated like I treat others. The counter personnel was courteous and interested in really understanding the cars' issues. I didn't have to ask for an update because he came to see me frequently with those updates. I had breakfast while waiting. I was shown a video of everything the service tech did to repair the problems. Audi Westmont took the time to wash and vacuum my car. I was out of there in 2 hours. Keep up the good work; It doesn't go unnoticed. I have told several friends and coworkers about my experience and all were surprised at the level of attention I was provided. The only issue I have is that their business system was down and it was down at the time I purchased the car; seems to be a reoccurring problem.

    We weren't told that the Audi company, because of chip shortage, are sending cars to dealerships without some standard equipment. The Premium Plus Model Q5 was sold without: side assist, adaptive cruse control. rear cross traffic, power adjustable steering column. You are credited for the missing standard equipment. BUT,If we had known we wouldn't have bought the car. These items were important to us. The customers must to be told what is missing on cars they are selling.

    We had been looking for a specific car and were unable to find anything in our area (Missouri) so we started looking across the country and found what we wanted at Audi of Westmont. From the first phone call to the final transaction of the vehicle, I can't say enough positive things. David our sales representative was professional, great at following up and stayed connected through the entire sales process and after. My husband flew to Chicago to pick up the car and everything went very smoothly and we are extremely pleased.

    Edward was one of best specialist I've worked with. He took a lot of time to understand my requirements and not only he got back to in few hours but he provided the best rate in 100 mile radius. He found a car which met our requirements and also had additional packages installed. The rest of the team was great, Ishan from finance was friendly and definitely explained all the maintenance packages that are available but let me make the decision without trying to overall the packages. Definitely recommend and I definitely didn't mind the 2 hours drive for the service and pricing I received.
