After visiting other dealerships and manufacturers so glad we decided to stay with Audi Westmont. With fantastic support from Ed Riedmaier we were able to find the car we were looking for, reach a quick and simple agreement and close out the purchase. A couple of glitches in the back office were also spotted and quickly resolved by Ed. If we could afford it we would come back every year just to work with Ed.

Best Dealership Experience EVER

I was blown away by the service I received at Audi Westmont specifically from Alex. He was extremely respectful, transparent , and knowledgeable about the beautiful pre- driven cream puff that I purchased. I was able to reach him on his cell phone with any concerns, amd he went so far as to have his body work team remove the minor scratches that I had pointed out to him upon first seeing the car. They then detailed it to a showroom , fresh -from- the- factory glow. I was extremely impressed and appreciative. I was treated like royalty, and I’ll definitely be back for my next car. Go look for Alex at Audi Westmont.

Excellent salesmanship. Direct, prompt, no-nonsense, all online until site visit to finalize the color. Great job by John Neumann, our sales rep. Same with their Finance Manager - Paul Labak - swift, clear, clean execution. Had an issue with the HomeLink which was resolved in a timely manner. Waiting to see how their detailing comes out next week. Hope they keep up the good work.

Bought a Q7 from Audi Westmont and great overall experience. Dave was our sales guy and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a great experience with Irwin from the beginning to end. He’s a superb auto salesman and would recommend anyone to purchase a car with him. I worked with Daniel S on my purchase of a 2023 s5. We got much of the process done over text which was cool. The car was certified used and impeccable. I did feel a little pressured in the closing to add extra service packages which made me a little uncomfortable when I just wanted to leave and drive my car!

Just purchased, Aug 10th, a 2016 Infiniti Qx60 .This vehicle was on my wish list and I drove crosstown to see it . The sale experience was a good one and when I left that day with that car, they would have gotten 5 Srars from me. Three days and only 100 miles later, the check engine light comes on and the Vehicle shows 4 minor codes. . The car has been in service since Aug 15th as they hassle with the warranty to fix a car that I owned for4 days. The service department treated me well and they provode me with a rental free of charge. I am not inconvenienced but thats not the point. The point is transparency. Had I know of these issues, I would have had the opportunity to buy or go some place else.I wasn’t given that opportunity. Check engine lights often re-trigger after they have been reset. You just have to drive 100 miles or so. I really did not want yo write this kind of review because the this is ongoing and I am optimistic that things will turn out well . I keep receiving emails from the dealership to write a review. This is my experience for now. As I go into the 3rd week of ownership and as I move closer and closer to the first payment, I have little to say about both the quality or the satisfaction of my vehicle. I have only driven it for 100 miles.

I purchased a gorgeous pre owned Q5 and absolutely love it. The Team at Audi Westmont was great- professional, knowledgeable and did not pressure me. There was an unusual glitch that came up with my trade-in and I have to say that Gianfranco, William and Marcus were terrific in finding a solution. I'm grateful for their teamwork on this. Gianfranco really knew the car's infotainment system and gave me a great tutorial on it, got me set up on all the websites/phone apps and made the sales process seamless.
