Worth the drive for great customer service and price

I contacted Dan in sales and working over the phone we were able to work out most of the details prior to my driving nearly 4 hours to see the car and ultimately… purchasing it. I was not disappointed in any way and it was well worth the drive. The car was exactly what she was looking for and we received excellent service. I especially enjoyed the gentleman who assisted us with financing and wish I could remember his name. He was very down to earth, he got me a great interest rate and made it very easy. I generally purchase locally in Michigan and would not have even considered driving so far to make a deal, but this was the exact car we were looking for, the price was great and it was well worth the drive (we were not having any luck working with our local Ford dealership). I highly recommend Haggerty Ford. They offered a very fair price (and I had looked at about 20 of the make and model we purchased prior to visiting this dealership) and customer service was excellent.Thank you for that outstanding review. 2nd Purchase As Great As The 1st

Great and Professional Purchasing Experience

In my life, I have purchased 3 vehicles from different dealers, and Haggerty Ford, despite the distance from my home in the City, is the only one I will ever seek out in the future when I am looking to buy again! Amazing prices!

15 K Warranty service on F-150

I told Matt that I had some difficulty with my iPhone not connecting with the sync system in my truck. Matt assured me that they would look into the… problem and get it taken care of it. When I came to pick up my truck, I was not sure how to pair my phone with the truck's system. Matt made sure that Thom the tech who performed the service on my truck showed me how to pair the phone with the system. The adjustments that Thom made to the system worked perfectly, and I was on my way. Great job Matt and Thom.We are truly grateful for this awesome review!
