After 8 months and thousands of dollars of repairs covering the time of ownership, it was time to cut our… losses. After being towed TWICE in one day, we went to Classic Toyota and worked with Jacek Cwik to get us into a new RAV4. Jacek was absolutely exceptional to work with. Patient, gracious, incredibly kind, and highly knowledgeable regarding Toyota vehicles. I highly recommend him as a Toyota salesman. He was very helpful working with me over email setting providing me with all of… the information that I needed to make a purchase. When I arrived at the dealership the car was waiting for me and I was able to take it for a test drive and purchase the car for the communicated price. Everything was simple and easy. John in finance also went above and beyond to further enhance our experience at Classic Toyota. I would gladly get another car from them.

by Debi Y on 05/01/2023Car shopping/buying is one of my most dreaded tasks, but Kashif made it easy. I had emailed in advance with info on what I was interested and when I could come in. Kashif took it on himself to email me the morning of my visit to reassure me… that the car I wanted to look at was still available, which I appreciated, as I was driving some distance. Once at the dealership, he made sure to answer my questions and helped make sure everything went smoothly once I decided to buy. On a rainy day, he pulled the car under the canopy so I could check (without getting drenched) that all the windows, sunroof and everything else was working. And he set up my Bluetooth so when I was ready to drive off the lot, everything was all set. This was definitely a positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I'm in the market.Always 5 stars for sure
