Jim listened to my vehicle needs, found a few options in Napleton's used inventory that met my requirements, and then was patient and informative as I took time to test drive and evaluate… each. He listened to my concerns, and made me feel confident about the vehicle I choose. We then negotiated a fair price on the used vehicle, consistent with the market value. I was very impressed overall with the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of used vehicles in their inventory. I would recommend them highly for others looking for a quality used vehicle.Great experience with Ben!

Umi and Jim Stephens were great, and worked with me until I was satisfied. They have a lot of patience.… I value them as salesmen and friends. He was very respectful of our budget, gave us all the time we needed to weigh our options, helped us understand the financing options, and even… allowed us to take the car we were going to purchase home for two days before buying it officially because there wasn't time to fill out the paperwork before they closed. As the cherry on top, our car only came with one key because it was purchased second hand, and he called us last month to tell us he had found a second key, showing his total dedication to customer service. He was a wonderful person to work with!Hard for a deal, both parties win.

Was hard to negotiate back an fourth to have both parties happy being I was ahead on the deal with the online price.… In the end Jesse helped with pricing still, and agreed to buff out some scratches and give it a clean. Was happy how he still tried to help and get to the monthly price I was wanting, and finding the best interest deal out there. In the end we may not of gotten what we had in mind, but I am happy with the deal.Leo Davis and management team was very helpful thanks again
