I dealt with Scott. He took the time to help me find the right wrangler. As I was ready to sign to sign the contract, something told me that it was the wrong color. I told him I couldn't sign, would it be a problem changing to a black one.… He told me not at all. Wound up being an extra hour because the girl in the office had to change things with the state and bank. Great work by the staff making sure I made the right decision.

by Liberty_Owner on 02/20/2013updated 03/31/2017After visiting two other Chicago Area Jeep Dealers, where no one even bothered to say Hi to my wife and I, we deceided as a last resort to try Bettenhausen Jeep. Well we should have started there first. Not only were we warmly greeted by… the reseptionist, we were almost immediatly greeted by Dave C. He made us feel welcome and helped us even though he had another customer in his office. Dave got us set up with a test drive and finished with his other customer. Once we sat down it was as simple a deal as I have ever done. No Bull No Messing around. The thing that really impressed me was the fact that all of this was started about 5pm and Dave stayed to get the deal finished and we were out at about 7pm. All I can say now is Thanks Dave for a great experience!!! If your looking for a fair deal from a great salesman See Dave C. at Bettenhausen Jeep in Orland Park!!!My wife love's her new Chrysler 200

Other dealerships I went to (Chrysler included) saw a single female walk onto their lot and acted as if I was wasting… their time. At the Nissan dealership I had to go in and ask for assistance totest drive and then wait 20 minutes before someone worked with me. Everyone at Bettenhausen was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I test drove many vehicles/models. After describing what I was looking for, Steve was able to find something close, and then work with the Service Dept to make it perfect. The financing group was easy to work with. They definitely had the best incentive packages of all the dealerships. White glove treatment all the way!Great Experience

by phillyboi on 02/04/2013updated 03/31/2017I was about to sign off on a used vehicle at Rizza the previous Saturday, but they were giving me a headache and I ended up walking out and saying let me sleep on it. Thank goodness I did! Sunday night I did more research and found the same… vehicle with less miles and later model year just a few blocks down from Rizza. Listed price was extremely fair for a no hassle dealer. (carmax is over priced). I contacted Debbie in internet sales the following Monday. She greeted me with enthusiasm and friendly service. Came in the next day to look at the vehicle. Ryan S. assisted me with the vehicle purchase. He immediately gave me the keys to the vehicle and let me go on a test drive alone. I like this policy as I am not pressured by the sales guy sitting next to me and being afraid to really test the vehicle. He was more than helpful answering all my questions, got the financing that I needed, never ever pressured me to buy anything. No sales manager, no fiance manager just your sales guy. I have dealt with over 6 vehicle purchases in ten years and for the first time I did not have a headache buying a car! They loaded my car up with full tank of gas (used cars rarely get any gas from the dealer) and I drove off as a happy customer. Now for the after service. Ryan was more then helpful when I needed minor service to the vehicle. He continuously contacted me making sure everything was OK and to address any issues. I recommend going to Ryan and any Bettenhausen dealership to purchase your vehicle. They even give you 3month/3000 mile warranty on used vehicles. I am happy with my Hummer H3 Purchase. I talked to Amy who answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment for a test drive.… When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Stephen. He had the car ready and waiting for me. He even had defrosted and warmed it up! My husband and I took it for a drive and I instantly loved it! I endedup up trading in my 2007 Dodge Caliber for the Jeep. Stephen was so helpful. He made the process as fast as possible and answered all questions I had. I especially love this dealership because they don't try to price haggle and they do not have salesman! No one tries to push you in one direction or another.New car purchase

I started shopping online and the internet sales reps were very helpful, we were able to talk pricing before actually going in to the dealer and they didn't try any tricks with quoting you pricing… that included rebates you wouldn't qualify for just to get you in the door. When I finally did go in to the dealer they were able to exceed my price expectations and were very friendly and helpful. My salesman Brandon was great to deal with, very open about the pricing process and knowlegable about the car I was buying.Highly recomend
