Love the Service - Love the Silverado

I found a Silverado at Apple Chevy and they took care of me! They serviced the truck and took care of my concerns prior to purchase. They weren't pushy about warranties, but they for sure offered. I always like to see and hear about them,… but ultimately decided that it wasn't for me. Financing was simple and the truck has been a great!

We ordered a new 2018 Traverse at Apple Chevrolet in Tinley Park, IL.

Our sales associate, Kevin McGrail, was very helpful and patient with us discussing the various trim levels and options. He explained how to obtain the perfect vehicle… with all the bells and whistles we desired without spending more on features not important to us (i.e. sunroof). When we arrived to pick up the vehicle and complete the sale, Kevin was assisting another customer (no surprise - he's great as we already knew). He greeted us and explained he would be with us shortly. He also gave us the keys and asked us to look at the vehicle and even take a test drive if desired. After finishing the other sale, he joined us and answered any questions we had. While it was getting closer to closing time, both Kevin and Chet (the finance associate) finished the sale without making us feel rushed. Kevin even stayed almost an hour late to go over the vehicle, explain various functions, and answer more questions. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new car and understood how everything works. Looking for a vehicle - SEE KEVIN!Easiest Car Buying Experience Possible

Ken answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and… got the best deal available for the cars that we were looking for. by Mailbu15 on 10/23/2015My experience with Apple Chevrolet was an overall great opportunity for me.I first was contacted by a sweet young lady named Nikki, who then put me in contact with Captain Dave, who helped me with picking out the car for me to start a new… beginning from my 2005 Colbolt.I drove all the cars I was interested in, with no problem from the Captain.However,we did have a disagreement in price on one vehicle I liked and all the bells, plus whistles. So I was upset and left, went to other Chevrolet places, and had a adventure of the run around at these two locations, they were dishonest and unprofessional.I didn't have that kind of trouble from Apple and when they called me back to let me know of another car they had, that I maybe interested in, I really didn't mind going back to check the vehicle out. I loved it, when I saw and drove it, and we were able to agree on everything to get all the paper work done. They were very nice to me and very professional. I have my new car and I,m very satisfied and happy.I would recommend this place of business to others.Great service!

Started out as a used '15 Tahoe purchase but I discovered I made a mistake and needed a vehicle with adaptive cruise control...this was after I drove it home. Since the Tahoe was a certified used vehicle they… allowed an exchange to another certified one so I bought the Suburban. Cannot believe the good mileage these vehicles get! Apple was good about making it right.Best Car Buying Expeirence

The other two dealers were really trying to push me to purchase that day even… though I told them I was still looking at other cars. Easy and Quick
by phils5 on 01/19/2015Had Michael Diamond as a salesman and was very glad he wasn't the stereotypical car salesman. No crazy pressure or standard car sales gimmicks. I never once had to hear that ridiculous line "what can I do to earn your business today."… Apple had they car I needed and was also very accommodating. they knew I had my daughters with me so they made the transactions as quick as possible so I could get out of there. GREAT EXPERIENCE
by SSherid on 05/05/2014updated 08/08/2025We went car shopping at Apple Chevrolet last Tuesday to look for a safe, solid, pre-owned vehicle for our 19 year old son. Our salesman Jeff D., made us feel comfortable at the dealership as he showed us around and guided us through the… many available pre-owned cars there. My son took a few cars out for test drives and was not very excited about any of them. I might say that he was kind of a downer! Jeff kept working with him to figure out what exactly it was that would spark my sons excitement. A short while later Jeff found the vehicle that my son loved and we approved of. As it was late and we were very tired we asked if we could return the next day to finalize the purchase. This posed no issues. When we returned on Wednesday, the car was waiting for us all cleaned and waxed. All that was left was signing the papers. We were in and out in an hour. I must say that this was a great shopping experience. Jeff was very informative as he was answered all questions, no matter how off the wall or silly with professionalism and patiently. I know my son will always remember his 1st car shopping experience. We will be back to Apple Chevrolet again and will be asking for Jeff D. 2013 silverado LTZ

Jeff D asked if we needed any help and definitely was a great… salesman to work with. i was trading in my previous silverado in the process and jeff was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked with me probably the best i have ever experienced when buying a car. didnt feel like i was being pressured or misled. he kept it to the point and did all he could. definitely impressed and glad to have had his help. and even during all the paperwork was a great guy and any questions or concerns he would answer and did a thorough explanation of everything in the truck. top to bottom. a stand up guy in my book.Best in Sales and Service
