Darrell Service Advisor of the Decade
by Franco on 01/22/2024Having stopped by to see Our favorite Service Advisor Darrell it struck me as we had a warm greeting and shook hands that it is now over 20 years since Darrell has looked after our individual Toyotas. From the Rav 4 we had recieved in… Wisconsin to and through our current auto a very clean, and well-maintained 2012 Camry SE. With only 77,000 miles Darrell and Elgin Toyota have kept it in tip-top shape from just the most current stop for an oil change to Tires, other needed repairs, and all warranty bulletins that Darrell had the mechanics due most times without calling us but going ahead and looking out for us and our autos. Friendships can be made over time but from the very beginning we knew Elgin Toyota but mainly Darrell has made our car maintenance and Elgin Toyota's Reputation Solid and as a friend the very best.Franco, thank you for the awesome feedback! You're right, Darrell is an excellent service adviser and I appreciate all he does for us! I am very happy to hear that he has been there to provide you with great service for over 20 years.
