I have had brakes, water pump, oil changes, computer replacement, and squeeks fixed by the day and night service teams. I feel… the key to good service is to stick with the same service advisor/manager, this is not always possible but I managed to narrow it down to two, I even developed a rapport with one mechanic who is always happy to answer any questions. Schaumburg Toyota even went to bat for me when my 4Runner & Solara both developed bad catalytic converters. I was well past my warranty. All I paid was the labor, about $300.Will never go anywhere else

CJ always was very kind and made me feel like a friend and not a customer. I got the price that he promised the first time… around. No game playing like so many other dealerships. To be honest I am not sure why i shopped around first because I knew in the end he would take the best care of me and he did. Thank you Schaumburg Toyota and especially CJ!very good

by brenda35 on 12/29/2012updated 08/04/2025Salesperson Frank promised me a rebate of 500.00 PLUS 0% financing if I purchased by the end of the month. I was ready to make the appointment to come in and sign, but I wanted to get the "out the door" price before showing up. This is when… it all fell apart. Frank quoted me the price without the rebate and I'm guessing he hoped I wouldn't notice? When I asked about the additional 500.00 added on, he just stated "we are not going to give it to you and we don't have to". I said "An hour ago that was the deal we had!" He just said he wouldn't be able to do it. Now *** Here is the kicker of it all. I later saw on the Toyota website that it is not allowed to get both the rebate and the 0%, so in the end he was correct, but because he LIED about it the entire time I went to ELGIN TOYOTA and purchased the same car at the same price with 0% and no rebate and had a wonderful experience. Frank, this should have and very well could have been your sale if only you were truthful.Great service department.

I had not only standard maintenance done there, but a custom work as well, and it was always a great quality… work. I said that the price was fair.. well, it WAS fair to me, not to the dealership, imo.. They did great work for way less I expected. every time. Now, I must mention one of their techs - Hugh. That guy is NOTHING short of fantastic. His knowledge and professionalism dims great many other mechanics i've worked with in my life.[violative content deleted], unfriendly, rude

When I contacted them, they are very rude and dishonest. They said not to bother to contact them and do… what ever i want. They give no value to their customers. Don't bother to go to them. Stay away from them. I never got mad at one like this.Light replacement

I bought my first car from them when I was 18, and had nobody have my back; Unlike all other dealerships, these guys were… respectful, willing to help, product aware and explained every little bit. In recent years, we have purchased an xD, Sienna, Camry, Sequoya, and I got acquired a 4runner a few months back. Every time, they were helpful and caring, not always knowing that people buying the cars above were affiliated with me. Place is fantastic, and really takes care of you.. Arlignton Heights toyota should learn from these guys.Consistant Excellant Service!

After getting an excellent price on a new Prius from Edmunds and adding on 2 options, the price was set. Then, they make you wait FOREVER for the finance guy to… sign the papers (TO TIRE YOU OUT) and then he starts shoving papers at you. Of course they HOPE you don't read anything closely. So, the first paper to sign (sales tax) shows a price $1000+ more then the agreed price. Then, it was a mistake, SORRY.Its called buyer beware people

"Knowledge is power" On the other hand if you just walk in and your not ready for the dealer traps. You will pay more… than you should. I just purchased a new car from this dealer and everything went smooth, even though they did try to see if I was an idiot. They are selling everyday, so they are there to get as much money as you will allow them to take from you. There is the bottom line folks.Car repair

After we both agreed, rep gave me multiple options to chose from. Work was actually completed faster than estimated.
