Appointments were made each time and car wasn’t touched until Carlos got involved and scheduled time 👏himself. ask for. Srlos… and he will follow through and great it done.Service above expectations.

Very attentive and friendly. I didn't have to wait at all for him to… check me in. He provided an estimate for me to wait for the car to be completed and the timing was right on. The waiting area was nice and clean. They have a free arcade machine and kids play room. They also have a free coffee machine with various drink options. I was very pleased with my overall experience and I will be returning here in the future.Great service

I dealt with the service advisor Marco and he was an able to get my issue resolved. The waiting… room is nice and the staff there is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it.Quick, easy and no hassle
by Pawan V on 03/06/2024This was my first service on Jeep at this location and I worked with Moses , I arrive at location on appointment and was told that it will take less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Car was ready in 40 min.Though it would… have been better if one problem which I explained in the car could have been diagnosed at same time but I was told to setup appointment for next week. But no complaints since I was in and out in 40 mins.GREAT EXPERIENCE

Besides the dealership using Lyft to take me home and picked up, both of them kept me updated with regular status… calls. They answered all of my questions and worked with me to get the car fixed. I did have to wait a long time for express oil change and recall service but Daniel was great and made sure to let us know it was going to take awhile. I was prepared to rent a car for a few days but they called me couple hours after I dropped it off (no appointment by the way) and it was ready… cancel car rental… and got my car back- after two of the 60,000 mile check up issues - car was washed and ready to go!!!Great work
