I want to give Kudos to Bill Woolard, Service Advisor! He delivers Excellent Customer Service to Me! He greets me with a smile always & he takes Excellent Care of my Issue. He keeps me updating with progress of my Cherokee whether in there for an oil change or if the Cherokee is in for an issue. He is Excellent! Bill has Excellent Customer Service Skills!
