I had a great experience working with Marc at this dealership. He was prompt, open to negotiation and honest. I was able to test drive the vehicle on a Friday and drive off the lot the next day making it a very smooth transition

Dean P. kept me advised of anything affecting the completion time of repair. While the… car was being serviced, I drove a 2014 Benz! How great is that? Excellent service at a fair price from folks that know the car inside and out. I can't think of anything that is a disappointment!Best in Chicagoland

I was looking for a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz and spoke to Kyle who said that he had a few options in the style, color and options I wanted. When I arrived, he had a car waiting… in their indoor showroom, clean and ready to test drive. He hit a homerun on the first try - I didn't even look at a second car. The whole buying experience was world-class from the atmosphere in the dealership to the laid back yet professionalism of everyone involved. by bacala86 on 04/06/2014updated 08/06/2025I brought my car in for service at 7am, I was surprised that a number of employees walked from one end of service to another without informing me that I was wasting my time and that I had the option to drop off my car keys in the drop box… with suggested repairs. The service light was on requiring an oil change and a coupon was in the drop box envelope but the oil change was not completed for what ever reason so now I have to make another trip back to the dealer. But I would like to thank Mark for being so through with me on when the car would be completed and met my demands since I was leaving the country the next day.Awesome Customer Service!

They absolutely treat you as if you were an old friend or family. My sales… associate, Joel, was very laid back, with no pressure whatsoever, and I felt very comfortable with him immediately. The finance department was also very friendly and efficient, and went way out of hiis way to help me get the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales associate to anyone contemplating either a new, or used Mercedes.Great buying experience.
