    Brandon Campbell was more than helpful. He eased the process of car buying. He was always available to communicate via text, email, or by phone. He was able to answer my every question. And I had tons of them. His service is appreciated and I really wish more sales people were as dedicated as he is. Thank you again Brandon for the positive experience.

    Mike Fisher at Napleton Subaru was great! Such a positive experience working with him to find the perfect Subaru for me! He worked hard to get me a great price on the car I wanted! Definitely recommend you speak with him when looking for a new Subaru!

    I bought a car yesterday and worked with Mike Fisher. It was truly a great experience. Mike was awesome! I traded in an older car and he was fair and honest from the start. No hassle at all and he presented a fair deal the first time. The rest of the paperwork went fast and was a simple process. Staff was very professional, and efficient. I will definitely go back to see Mike next time I need a vehicle.

    Jaci Sweeney was SO helpful for us while car shopping. I told her what features we were looking for as a growing family, and she was able to steer us in the right direction in deciding on the perfect vehicle. Although we did not ultimately decide to purchase a vehicle from Napletons, she was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the entire experience, including finance! Would recommend Jaci to ANYONE in search of a vehicle. Thanks a ton!

    Do not have high expectations of customer service if you go to this dealership. The staff is professional, and I have no gripes about the quality of their products, but they certainly do not incur any incremental effort or cost or to improve the customer's experience. In my case, they sold me a pre-owned car with only a valet key. While I believe they should have ordered the standard keys as soon as this vehicle hit their lot (who is going to pay over $20,000 for a car without the right keys?), they offered to send me the keys at their expense. I was OK with that an bought the car. A few days later, I was told that I would have to return to the dealership -- a 90 minute drive each way -- to have them programmed. They refused to send the keys to my local dealership to have them programmed there. Because the return trip was such a hassle for me, I spoke at least three times with the manager to coordinate when I would arrive...and it still took the service department two hours to program the keys. Bottom line -- I would absolutely NOT recommend Napleton Subaru.

    No hassle or trying to "upgrade" the model you want , Mike P. was open and honest on some accessories we wanted which made us very happy he wasnt pushing something we thought we wanted and actually talked us out of it.

    We searched far and wide for just the right Outback in 2012 (we wanted Sky Blue) and tried another dealer that we did not like as well. They did the typical bait and switch so we walked out. The atmosphere at Napleton was so different - friendly and straightforward. No dickering - this is the price (we were using Consumer Reports to help us) and no problem getting the right color. The only issue was putting the wrong initial on my sales slip but no one has questioned that it's not really my car so hopefully that's no big deal. We have had our Outback serviced regularly there and it's also a great service place.
