Dealership Sales Review
Do not have high expectations of customer service if you go to this dealership. The staff is professional, and I have no gripes about the quality of their products, but they certainly do not incur any incremental effort or cost or to improve the customer's experience. In my case, they sold me a pre-owned car with only a valet key. While I believe they should have ordered the standard keys as soon as this vehicle hit their lot (who is going to pay over $20,000 for a car without the right keys?), they offered to send me the keys at their expense. I was OK with that an bought the car. A few days later, I was told that I would have to return to the dealership -- a 90 minute drive each way -- to have them programmed. They refused to send the keys to my local dealership to have them programmed there. Because the return trip was such a hassle for me, I spoke at least three times with the manager to coordinate when I would arrive...and it still took the service department two hours to program the keys. Bottom line -- I would absolutely NOT recommend Napleton Subaru.
