Over Oiled

I am a car guy and it pains me to pay a dealership to do minor maintenance. But to keep my warranty valid it is a must . This dealership has repeatedly over filled my car by topping off the oil to the nearest quart. Those little marks on the dipstick are there for a reason, and I always get 3/8 to a half inch over the top mark when they change my oil.

Great Buying Experience

An unexpected trip to Quincy, IL, led me to Shottenkirk, Toyota. I enjoyed working with Richard "Santi" Santiago, as he was very friendly, professional, and answered of all my questions and cocerns. This was a great buying experience and he took care of me even after he made the sell. I definitely recommend Shottenkirk, Toyota and ask for Santi!!

Love going here they always take care us. Like the coffee and cocoa with marshmallows. I like the text to message anyone if we have questions and approval for things found that needed to be done over email or text. Thanks for always making me want to come back. Fix one problem leave with another

They have worked on my truck three times since I bought a little over a year ago. Each time it has been “fixed” but other issues show up. They do honor the warranty work and have not changed me for their mistakes and I appreciate that. But the quality of their service work is not overly impressive. Just make sure that if you take something to them to get work done, that you check it over carefully.

Everyone here was very helpful and kind for my first time there! We bought a 2022 Sienna from a dealer out of state, and took it here for the first service due to our being close to us. Great choice! They treated me with respect, and even gave me a great option to save money in the long run! What I enjoyed the most was them not trying to sell me extra stuff I don't need! Also, I ordered some mats from Patrick in parts as he helped us decide which ones were best, and got us the best price around! Definitely would recommend Shottenkirk Toyota!!!!
