    Service is A+. They greet you with friendly smiles and have a high for customer service and customer satisfaction. Domenico is my service representative and he is extremely patient with me, explaining everything in detail in away that I can understand and not making me look like a total idiot since the only things I know about cars is how to drive one and put gas in it. The customer waiting area provides very pleasant surroundings with a cafe, Wi-Fi and seating. I have never had to return due to concerns about my service. My vehicle has never had a breakdown and is a pleasure to drive. I especially recommend Mercedes in Orland for women. We are treated as valuable customers and receive quality service.

    Service B performed on a 2021 C-class 4matic sedan, car was ready in just over two hours. Everyone at this dealership is polite and helpful which makes it a pleasure coming here.

    I’m so thankful to the Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park for their hard work and excellent service! From the tire replacement to the detailing, my car looks amazing. Dariusz kept me informed every step of the way and clearly explained my tire options. I also appreciated the smooth loaner car experience—it was fun trying out a newer model of my vehicle. Lastly, the new renovations look fantastic and truly reflect the quality and care of the Orland Park team as well as enhances the customer experience. I'm looking forward to my annual fall service appt.

    My vehicle was towed in due to having a flat tire around 3:20 p.m. on 6/25/25. Peter, my service guy worked very diligently and expeditiously in finding out the root cause of the problem. Peter told me exactly what happened to the tire and that it would be covered by the warranty. The tire was replaced, my vehicle was washed and I was ready to go by 4:25p.m.. The service and delivery by Peter was Simply Amazing!! Thank you so much Peter and Fields Mercedes of Orland Park.

    Timothy is a great service representative at Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park. The only time I got poor service at this dealership is when I didn’t have Tim. He always make sure that your car is taken care of in a professional manner. He constantly keeps you updated with the status of your vehicle . Having Tim guarantees that you’re going to have an excellent experience. His personality is simply amazing. He’s kind, and very personable. He’s concerned about you and your vehicle. Tim will let you know if it’s something that you need immediately or if it can wait for next time. He will say just to keep an eye on it for now. Tim in my opinion is in the minority in world we currently live in. So many times you end up with people in businesses they don’t really care for you as a person.They only wanna think about the bottom line and this is certainly not him. I really appreciate knowing that my car can be serviced by someone that I can trust. I am grateful that Tim works there. Tim is the main reason I keep coming back. Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park made one of the best decisions when they decided to hire Tim. I’m sure they saw the same kind, supportive, genuine, reliable, and dependable person during the interview process, that I have been blessed to interact with each time I visit the dealership. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle, I will certainly consider Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park. As long as Tim is in the service department. I know that my car will be taken care of with the same respect, love concern, and most importantly great Customer Service! Thanks Tim for making the difference in the lives of the customers you serve. I always feel that you put me first, and I’m the only person there in the service department when you’re waiting on me. You give that type of individual attention, so I’m sure you give that type of service to all the customers that are blessed to have you as their service manager. Thank Tim.   • Service horrible

    Vehicle was in for with appointment from 12/18/24 until 12/30/24 for sunroof shade opened on it's own when driving and that wasn't fixed. Was told that's normal. Also took for noise coming from driver side mirror while driving causing a whistling creeking sound was told they took it apart and lubricated and that caused the paint to fade so they "ordered a new assembly", took 4 days for them to put truck together and finally got it back and literally the same exact noise even worse, my g63 was there for 12 days for absolutely nothing, no progress no fixing absolutely nothing. Spoke with Tim my service advisor and told me that it was "normal". This is my third G63 and it's defiantly not normal noise. I guess saying it's normal is the norm when something isn't fixed. As far as the communication goes, it was just as bad. It would take voicemail after voicemail to get my service advisor to eventually call me back. Definitely a waste of time.

    The service was exceptional considering that construction/remodeling was in progress and was an exceptionally hot day while service staff sat in a space open to the outside with no A/C. Still my car serviced and runs better than when I brought it in. Thanks again MB of Orland.

    Peter was an excellent advisor. He took the time to ensure he fully understood all my concerns and made sure he followed up on each item. He also gave me all the recommendations for my service visit, and was very open and honest about which items were critical, and which items could be done at a later date. He kept me informed of the status throughout my maintenance and promptly return my calls.

  • My Service Rep. Dariusz Dropped the Ball

    I walked in knowing I needed a tune up. Dariusz said I didn’t need a tuneup after checking the computer. He recommended a diagnostic at the rate of $199.00 to find out whAt was wrong with my vehicle. It turns out I needed a tune up. I was perturbed from the moment moving forward. The manager Brad saved the day. Dariusz gave me one price then switched the price. Okay maybe I didn’t hear him correctly, albeit I was already upset because I knew I needed a tune up and shocked with the price. The one star is mainly because whe I arrived Dariuz didn’t leave any notes for Brad, the manager. I walked up to the counter and was embarrassed. No one knew anything about the paperwork. I was proactive by trying to contact Peter but Peter said Dariusz should be able to handle the process. Well he dropped the ball. No one had any clue. Thank God for the manager Brad. He saved the day! It was an awful experience.
