    We purchased a car under the VPP (Vehicle Purchase Program) through my employer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The salesperson did his job well but we weren't pressured to buy extras.

    In 2013 I bought my first Nissan and the sales person at that time was great, unfortunately this March my son had an accident and my Rogue was totaled we then decided to go back to Kelly to "only look" at cars well we ended up purchasing a 2016 Nissan Altima our decision was based on the sales person Christopher Mitchell he was awesome he wasn't pushy and would answer all our questions, I got a great deal and a great car. They had the color I wanted and I'm in love with my car. LoL. All Kelly Nissan employees are great and greet you as soon as the see you come in the door. Thumbs up to Kelly Nissan!!

    Last Monday I went and brought a new vehicle through Kelly Nissan after being in a horrible accident in February. The experience was great! Tim Wilson my sales man was able not only to put me in the car I wanted but he did it with the note being not that much higher but reasonable and a newer year. Regardless of my credit he was able to get me a 0% interest rate with no money down. If you don't want the run around and want great Customer service go and see TIm Wilson at Kelly Nissian!

    Chris the salesman was wonderful.He did not let me walk out of the car dealership without a car.I had a great experience there and I will be doing business with them again.I will also recommending others as well.

    I was bored and looking for something to do. I received a card stating that they want to by my 2008 Sentra and will give me a great price for it. I was surprised when they really did make me a great offer so I looked at a 2014 Sentra thinking they were going to make up for it on the price of the newer one. Again I was surprised with the price they came back with. What can I say, I left with the 2014 and a great deal. No pressure and no haggling.

    My salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, this dealer need to be more thorough with their new car sales checklist before a customer drives away in their new car. I arrived at home to find the remote key fobs did not work. This required another trip to the dealer two days later. Apparently, the remote key fobs were still in "shipping mode" and not activated.

    I recently went to kelly Nissan where I met with sr saleswoman taijah and purchased a car. They were very thorough in explaining all the warranties and even offered to go over all papaerwork so there was no worries. Overall I'm exited about my new car and will purchase again

    I just spoke to a sales person about a Murano that was priced several thousand below most competitors. After some calculation, she said the price would increase $3,500 because I wasn’t eligible for one of the factory incentives that was being offered and the advertised Internet price didn’t include fees, destination charge or the cost of installed options such as splash guards, etc. She said this is a common practice and that the fine print on the site explains that incentives are deducted from the price and that options are not included in the price. While I confirmed that the site says incentives, tax, title, license and a doc fee are not included, there is no indication that destination and handling fees and installed options are not included in the price. She also told me this is a common practice, but I don’t believe this is the case and appears to be an unscrupulous practice to me. A complete waste of everyone's time.

    My Sales Consultant was a Gentleman by the name of LaRID Rencher. May I say he was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, when I left there I felt part of a family. I've been looking for a car for months and Larid was able to get the job done in a matter of minutes. He is a great guy who was very honest, extremely nice and sincere. I had a GREAT experience at Kelly Nissan. Not only was Larid wonderful but also the finance manager (who's name I forgot so sorry) and Steve the Business Manager. I will be buying all my future vehicles from here and I'll also be recommending all my friends and family. This place ROCKS!!! LARID IS IS THE BEST!!!

    Let me start off by saying this dealership is a complete rip off. They're terrible with customer service and communicating with customers. They try to convince to buy a used car that knowingly will lose value EXTREMELY fast, make a bunch of 6-month, 12-month promises. The car i purchased they lied to me about the extended warranty and it's active periods. I bought a Impala with 80k miles.The car was under factory warranty until 100k, and my extended warranty THEY OFFERED was suppose to be until 140k. However at 107k, the impala transmission with out and the extended warranty did start from the sale date NOT WHEN THE FACTORY EXPIRED like i was told. Of course i ended up paying over $1600 to fix the car. But do you think they worked with me to get a new one? Absolutely not. I HATE THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WOULDNT SEND [non-permissible content removed] MY MOTHER THERE. GO TO WESTERN AVE NISSAN!!!!!!! KELLY NISSAN are full of [non-permissible content removed]. They only work with non-credible banks that you have a hard time accessing information of your account to. John is one to avoid!!!!
  • Bad experience - Don't believe their prices given in email

    My worst dealer experience is with Kelly Nissan. John Vanik, sales guy at Kelly Nissan gave me a price quote in an email including all taxes(out of the dealer price) for 2015 Altima. I went to the dealer to close the deal the same day I got the email. During the application process he told he is giving me the price given in the email and ran the credit application. After few minutes he came back and said my application was approved but raised the car base price by $800 dollars. He said his manager didn't agree to the price he has given in the email to me and was rude when I asked him why he ran my credit check even before confirming the price. Even his manager was very rude, he said he won't care about the prices given by John. I am not sure how any one can say when an employee of him has given the details in an email @KellyNissan.com. At the very least, I guess he can politly say it was a mistake and an apology.

    Kelly Nissan came through for me!!!! After clearing up some confusion with the warranty issues I was having, Kelly Nissan has come through for me and has agreed to help cover the expenses to repair my car. Thank you Kelly Nissan!!!

    I was very pleased with my purchase of my new car from Kelly Nissan. I worked with Vito DiPerte and I can't thank him enough. The entire process was very smooth and professional. I am very happy with my new car and I will recommend this dealership to anyone.
