    Marc our sales person knows the product well and has the right mix of what you want in a sales person. In this time of car shortages we were told Fields has a policy to not charge an extra fee like many others are “just because they can “. They prefer to have a long term relationship. Some dealers in the area are charging as much as $10,000 over sticker “ because of the chip shortage “. I’d go to Fields where they seem to care about their long term customer relationships not a fast buck

  • Best Car Buying Experience!

    My husband and I are so thankful we stumbled across this dealership even though we live over an hour away. Our salesman Chris was responsive and transparent throughout the whole process. There were no games or hidden dealer fees which was surprising because other dealers we went to were trying to maximize on them when used car prices are already through the roof. Chris was willing to work with us and made sure we were comfortable along the way and never pressured us. We knew we were doing the right thing. Shout out to their finance manager Lauren who was helpful through the whole transaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car!

    Hello, we bought 2017 BMW 330i. Lisa the sales person was very nice. She took very good care about us. Finance guy was ok but during our second visit he seemed to be a little bit unhappy😀 maybe he just had a bad day. But generally we are satisfied and we would recommend this dealer to others.

    The X4 M40i handles and drives beautifully. Still working on learning new technology. Very happy with purchase so far. I have had the auto for two weeks now. Salesman and finance man both professionals, knowledgeable and friendly.

    The sales department was great to deal with. I purchased this vehicle from out of state and they did whatever was needed to be done to make the transaction as smoothly as possible.

    The purchase part was easy I saw the car online and decided that was the car for me I made arrangements to trade my car from out of state. I arrived at the agreed upon time I spent 15 min w my sales guy completing all the paperwork then I waited hour 45 min for the one finance person and that took an hour Then I had to wait again for my smoke guy to show me all the bells n whistles All in all it took me 6 hours to drive there spent 4 hours buying the car and learning about it but more than 1/2 of the time at the dealership was waiting them 6 hours to drive home Too much waisted time waiting for the staff But buying cars always takes a long time Most of that time is spent w sales In this care they agreed on a value for my trade and I knew I wanted the vehicle All in all good experience But could have been a lot quicker

    Field's BMW has unparalleled customer service. They have the best sales persons who patiently explain features of the vehicle with absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. I particularly liked their no hassle no bargain price pasted on the cars. Gave a confidence that I am getting the best possible deal.

    Overall experience excellent. Between my sales rep Tom Ambat, Sales Mgr. Joe Jamilkowski, and Finance Jori Renc, just really super people and professionals to deal with.   • Online long distance buying experience @ Fields BMW

    I recently bought an M3 from Fields BMW, Kris M. (Pre-Owned Client Advisor) assisted with the purchase. Kris made my online purchase experience so easy. Kris is very prompt in responding to emails, texts and calls, in that process he took the angst out of my long distance online buying experience. He is very knowledgeable about BMWs, answered all my questions and provided all the information I asked for via email and text messages. After a week, I flew to Chicago to pick up the car from Fields, I got out of the dealership in 3 hours because Kris had everything ready for me. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to doing business with Kris in the future. If you want to buy a BMW go to Fields BMW and ask for Kris M.

  • Best Car Purchase I've Had

    Kris M., the pre-owned sales rep made all the difference in this car purchase. I bought a used BMW X5. My wife was tied up along with our baby sitter, so I was forced to bring my 2 little kids with. Every car purchase I've made is usually a 2 hour ordeal. I think this one took 45 minutes total and that included me transferring 2 car seats for a test drive. Kris M. is an exceptionally smart guy who is also super motivated. I entered the building and he found me right away. He parked the new car next to mine for car seat transfer. I test drove it, got back and Kris got me right in to the finance rep. I got out of there and was done. My 4 year old was actually disappointed as he didn't even have time to play in the child play area. So I had to "make" time for that! :) Kris even showed me how use the I-drive system and link my phone. I was good to go. I really have never seen such a well orchestrated car purchase. I give 5 stars, otherwise I'd give 10!

    My family has been purchasing cars from Fields for over 20 years but to me, this was my first purchasing experience with them. I came out with a fair deal, a nice car and most importantly, pleased with the whole experience (buying a car ranks high on my "Things that Stress me" list).     I would recommend this dealership to anyone!Service is the priority here. When I rate a dealership it is not the purchase (though that was awesome) I rate the service after. Field's does it right.
