Bought our 2nd Ford from this great dealership

We bought our second Ford from here because this sales dealership has great knowledge on their vehicles and our sales person Mark G and his assistant Joanne were extremely friendly and took their time explaining all the details and were also very patient with us on all our questions asked!!

    Dave was extremely helpful and very professional. The car buying process was very smooth. He made sure I understood everything from the way the lease works as well as what i wanted in the Suv.     Rick Fish and the rest of the staff are exceptional. I go to Golf Mill Ford for my car service and they are the best. I never wait long and everything is taken care of, whether routine maintenance or recall work. I can't say enough good things-they are the best!

    Rick Fox was so helpful!!!! I had some questions about my extended warranty and he sat down with me and explained everything! Then my oil changed was done so quickly under the time quoted for the work. Everyone that day was so nice and went above and beyond. I had a truly wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

    Jimmy G was great from the time I stepped foot at the dealership. He was friendly and really informative. Paul was also great when it came time to talk numbers. This is my second car from you guys and probably won't be my last.

    They gave me the name of a body shop to take my car to fix a spot on the side. They also gave me a quote for a back up sensor.

    what a great experience. i was nervous going to such a big dealership , but they treated me like family. darwin was my salesman and he took great care of me. there was no preasure , or rushing, i didnt feel like i was getting the carsalesmen treatment at all. TRUST is something i didnt go into the dealership with , but left happy and feeling i could trust them, as everyone was very nice friendly helpful & honest. not like other experiences i have had at smaller dealerships.

    I had an excellent experience, except for the waiting time (5.45 hrs. start to finish) it was so good. I didn't come into buy but to refinance. My salesman, Andrew was excellent and very careful about how he thought thru how he was asking me what else I was prepared to do to buy the Focus I bought for a price I am able to afford. Your business manager, on duty that night, I am afraid I don't have his name with me was very professional and thoughtful. The process was very smooth and calm and I am happy to tell you about it.     My experience was awesome. Dominic Dybala was more than accommodating towards my financial needs. And Jeffrey Angelini worked his expertise and helped cinch this deal for me. Kudos to the two of you for helping me achieve my dream of getting out of that Focus. I am referring a few people I know that are in need of a new car and sending them your way. Excellent work!     My Ford Escape was towed to Golf Mill Ford for service after my engine seized due to an oil leak. I was dealing with a relatively inexperienced manager from the oil change company at which my vehicle was serviced. Rick Fish was exceptional as he walked me through the process dealing with the oil change company and, with his help, I was able to come to an agreement with the company to pay for a new engine and turbo mechanism. Without his guidance, I shudder to think what might have resulted. His was exemplary customer service!!!

    After spending the whole day at a drive by (no pun intended)dealership it was a refreshing change to drive out there from the city and recieve quality and professional service. We were in and out with a vehicle that most fit our needs in less than 3 hrs. Christal and I have already said once we pay off our Ford Flex in 2 yrs we'll come back to purchase a new one.     It was good. The staff are nice and welcoming. I asked to have my Engeri plugged in after the work to have it charge, they said they would try. It has not been able to happen each time in take it in. It would be nice for the energi owners to have the car plugged in after service when possible.

    I recently purchased a 2015 Escape and I had a nail in my tire, as well as needing an oil change. When I arrived they also told me about a recall that they would fix. The only thing that they could work on better is timing, I got there at 7:00am and didnt leave till 9:30. Overall my experience was great though.

    I purchased a 2016 ford explorer sweet ride. I got the pleasure of dealing with Andrew for my salesmen. He was great very knowledgeable and honest. He got are deal done at the end of it all I was very thankful we worked with him. I also have to say BeBe was also awesome and helpful in getting us registered online and telling us about some features ford offers online with the sync system.

    Walking into the dealership i was not sure what to expect. The first sales man to a approach me walked towards me with a warm smile (salesman Lance) and i felt very comfortable. With excellent integrity he was honest with me and explained to me all options of my purchase. With great enthusiasm and attitude he sold me my first car. I recieved all the information i might ever need about both car and contract and was very happy with my purchase and customer service. For anyone going into Golf Mill Ford. Ask for Lance!!!
