First Mercedes
by Kevins1234 on 09/07/2014Great experience getting this car. Salesman was easy going, no pressure and very knowledgable about the cars. One of the easiest/best sales processes I've had buying a car. Introduced to multiple sales staff, felt very very friendly. Would… strongly recommend them! We're so happy you enjoyed working with our staff, Kevin! It's good to hear our team is living up to the promise of providing fantastic service to our customers.
Great Experience
by JMills_17 on 08/29/2014I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Naperville and purchased a new E350 - my salesperson was Kim H. Overall, my experience with Kim and the team was very professional and positive. All my questions and concerns were answered in great detail… making me feel confident I made a smart decision purchasing the car I did. the showroom was clean and organized and everyone working the floor was courteous and helpful. I really enjoy everything about my new E350 and would have absolutely no problem recommending the folks at Mercedes Benz of Naperville to others. Sincerely, Jeff M.Our first Mercedes
by Mebetj15 on 08/14/2014Moe took car of us at Naperville Mercedes. We just bought our first Mercedes, a C300, and what a machine. Their slogan of 'The Best or Nothing' isn't just a slogan. I have never been more satisfied with a car, a buying experience, and what… is usually the worst part of the buying experience, the negotiations and finance conversations. We were treated with respect and warranties were plentiful, explained in detail, and not pushed down our throat. Just an overall excellent experience with sales, sales manager, and finance director. Highly recommended!Good Experience
by time4achange on 08/07/2014My first contact with MB of Naperville was my internet query for more information on a C300 that was listed on their website. Within a few minutes, Ed called me and answered my questions. We set up a time for me to visit the dealership and… he told me the car would be ready for me to see. Even though I was late for our appointment, Ed was still happy to meet with me and had the car available. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful which made the transaction much lower stress than past car purchases. Gilberto was very upbeat and patient with his tutoring me on the new equipment on the car and e-mailed additional information for me to review. Ed even followed up with a phone call the next day. He said at the beginning that he wanted me to have a good experience with MB of Naperville and would do everything he could to make it so. He was successful. We are happy to hear of your positive experience with our location. Exceptional deals and positive customer service come standard with the dealership. Thanks again for the positive feedback!

by LuvMYML350 on 07/03/2014My sales rep was Bryan T. I started communicating with him via email to get my trade in value for my C280 4MATIC for a GLK vs. ML350. Bryan was patient with me and gave me all possible scenarios financially which fit my budget. Also, Ed… (manager) was also helpful with our visit. All in all, Bryan and staff helped our purchase to run smoothly. Thanks for your strong recommendation of the staff and Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. Hope you're enjoying your vehicle, and as always, drive safe!
Mercedes SUV-ML
by NancyS29 on 06/28/2014I recently visited and purchased a new Mercedes crossover, ML from Mercedes Benz of Naperville. My salesman was Adam B. What a wonderful sincere individual to begin with, felt very at ease with him. He was extremely confident and… knowledgeable regarding the vehicles in the showroom. He was easy to speak with, answered my questions honestly and there was no haggling, bickering or back and forth on the price of the vehicle. I explained what I had to trade in, the purchase price of the new MB and together, we made it happen in a short period of time. I enjoyed the dealership, no hassle, no back and forth with I will give you this, you will have to come up to that.....plain and simply; the deal was flawless. Everyone in the showroom was courteous, it was clean, quiet and a very pleasant atmosphere. Adam gave me his business card and told me to call him day or night, he would answer the call and help me in any way which he could. After purchasing the vehicle, I had a couple of questions and called Adam, as he had said I could do. He picked up the call and had the answer without hesitation. There was no problems, confusion, bickering or not keeping to his true words, it was a wonderful experience and now I am driving a wonderful vehicle. I would highly recommend MB of Naperville and especially Adam B to any of my friends or family. I absolutely LOVE everything about my new SUV and cannot see myself not returning to MB of Naperville when and if I ever turn this car in for another. My warmest sincerest thanks go out to MB of Naperville and especially Adam B. Sincerely, Nancy SThanks, Nancy! We're happy to help however possible. The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville always strives to provide personable and excellent customer service. We greatly appreciate your strong recommendation, and thank you again for the review!

by sally29 on 12/18/2009I purchased a new Mercedes from Serafin at Mercedes of Naperville. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. As a woman, I was fearful of being treated differently. Everything was explained to me. We negotiated a price that I… felt was very fair. Serafin explained all of the features on the vehicle. The manager, Mike, was very nice also. He treated me with respect and did not pressure me. It seemed too good to be true. I was waiting for the surprise, and it never came. They are truly good people. I am so happy with my Mercedes, and I strongly recommend Serafin and Mercedes of Naperville to anyone that wants to buy a car and build a relationship with their dealer.MERCEDES BENZ OF NAPERVILLE - RIFF OFF- BUNCH OF [violative content deleted]
by mercedes13 on 11/19/2009I was conned by the used car sales manager( he certainly fits the title; atleast i expected Mercedes would have some class) at Naperville dealership. Sold me a car by giving me false information. I have it in the email and made it very… clear about what I was looking for in this car as I had X5 from BMW which these guys were up against. So they assured me and showed me some false document saying tires and brakes are new and it wouldn't have passed the certification if it weren't. I took his word and purchased 2006 certified ML 350, just after a month and 350 miles on the car my front tire blew, thanks goodness my family is safe but I had to go thru lot of inconvinience and when brought this to the attention of Steve Lajoya(sales manager), he got furious and started screaming and throwing fists and asked me to leave as he found my mild behaviour and confronting him with the truth ( that he lied to me for the sale and he owes me 2,285 $) was threatening to him and he would call the cop. He has behaved in the same manner in the past as well, which I ignored as I would deal with someone else. He as a person is very rude, [violative content deleted]...after selling the car, he doesnt remember having this conversation with me. Luckily i have emails that I sent to him. I will take this up to Media and ensure that [violative content deleted] like him are out of this business and not conning anyone of their hard earn money. I also learned that they did not offer me the national sale drive which they were promoting by offering 1.99% apr on car loan. Instead they offered me 5.9% because of which i told them i will get finance from another institution. 2 weeks later I received letters from 4 different banks indicating that this dealer had done 4 credit enquiries from 4 different banks , which I did not approve and it was done without my consent. This Dealer owes me $ 2,285( which is in writing in " we owe slip" from the dealer) as I overpayed them, thanks to their accounting system. I was told that the check would go out the next business day by fed ex which never arrived till date. I was promised of this on 30th October, they have been ignoring my call , I left several voice mails with the GM of this branch "TOSSO" who seems to be equally deaf. Hear this, I got the busted tire checked up at "Discount tires" and "SEARS auto center", they all show the tread reading at 5 to 5.6/32. I m not sure how Mercedes benz certified it at 7/32 which is minimum requirement standard fot them to certify a car. I met with their service manager after the tires blew out and he measured the tires in front of me which were 5-6. and he would still report as 7 to their corporate office(I reported this behaviour to their corporate office, they told me they cannot do anything as its individually owned) since initially they certified it by mistake, they are trying to cover up their mistake. The list goes on.....I 'm looking for someone to step in and help me and all other customers who may have the similar issues at this dealership of fraud and malpractice.Negative service review for Mercedes-Benz of Naperville
by mb_owner1 on 07/14/2009Negative service review for Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. Since I usually do not have the time to write feedback, I will normally just take my business elsewhere if I still have issues after repeated attempts to solve them. In this case, I… must take the time to warn the community about the repeated poor performance from the privately owned Mercedes-Benz of Naperville dealership. To start with, I am a long-time Mercedes-Benz owner, even tempered, and always conduct myself in a professional manner since I deal in an industry which relies on integrity and client service. I am writing this review after dwelling on this issue for a couple of weeks in order to be as objective as possible. My problem initiated when our S55 required air conditioner service after failing a second year in a row on a 95+ degree day. Our car is black-on-black. Since we experienced an unexplained several day delay in having our car returned from service in April 09, my wife checked Yahoo to see if MB of Naperville had negative feedback. Upon reviewing the several negative feedbacks, but seeing many stemmed from one particularly disgruntled customer, I called MB of Naperville to hear their response. Late in the afternoon, I had a lengthy conversation with a service representative about the negative feedback which included reviewing our car history and personal information. Her response was conflicting and included: 1. I was not aware of any negative feedback 2. people with problems are louder than satisfied customers 3. we have no problems Since the weather was still 95+ degrees and the MB of St. Charles could not take the car for three days, I reluctantly made a 7:15 am appointment for the next morning. My wife was at MB of Naperville at 7:15 am for her appointment and was asked by a service rep to sit in the waiting room while another customer was being helped. Forty five minutes later and after no attention she went and stood by our car in the service area. After another 5 minutes and still no assistance she had to leave so she wouldn't be further delayed for work. Our experience with the service reps at MB of Naperville is that they are very good at not making eye contact, not being proactive, and avoiding contact. After hearing of this incident from my wife I called MB of Naperville. I was connected to the same service rep I made the appointment with and she unapologetically told me that she couldn't send a porter out to pick-up the car even though it was their fault. I explained that our car was black-on-black and that my wife is in business clothes which would make it very uncomfortable to return to the dealership during the mid-day heat. I also recalled our conversation from the previous afternoon. The service rep said she speaks to a lot of people every day and could to recall the conversation. Overnight, how does one not recall such a conversation when the topic of the conversation occurs the next morning? Service is extremely friendly until there is a problem, then the mood turns defensive and vague answers are provided. Some often used comments include: I don't know, we haven't experienced that ... before, they (service manager) are currently on the phone or with other customers, we are short handed today...... There also has been a pattern of strong-arming to provide favorable service survey results. We now use another dealership an hour away.Sales Review
by Marilyn0906 on 08/09/2013updated 08/04/2025My husband and I worked with Gary K. in sales and our service could not have gone any better. It was an excellant dealership to work with. Everyone was wonderful and we will definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.Great Experience - Great Car
by hamlet2 on 07/02/2013updated 08/04/2025James J. met me at the door as soon as I walked in. He had pre selected a C300 4Matic for me to test drive. We took the car to the streets, and then to the test track. What a great time. James was very professional and thorough explaining… the cars features. I personally would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for these comments and for your endorsement of James-- we appreciate your feedback and thank you for your recent visit. We hope to see you again when you're in the market for another vehicle.
Super job
by hello36 on 06/22/2013updated 08/04/2025This is our first Mercedes car and the best car purchasing experience. Frank P. at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville did super job during the entire process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are convinced to own GLK 350 4MATIC after… compared with a few different brands. We are enjoying driving this beautiful car. Also, everyone including managers at the dealership did wonderful job in making our purchase as pleasant as possible. We're thrilled you had a positive experience at our dealership. Thanks for the warm recommendation of Frank. See you on the road!
Great Experience - First Mercedes Purchase
by richw6 on 06/04/2014updated 08/04/2025We purchased a C300 from sales associate Mark C. and were extremely pleased with his professionalism and the deal we got on the car. We were considering a couple of other vehicles, but Mark (and the aggressive pricing) made the difference… on our deciding to buy from Mercedes of Naperville. It was a much better deal that we could find on the A4 Audi which was actually our first consideration. Audi was just too pricy (hard to believe a better equipped Mercedes was a better deal)!Thank you for your kind words and review, Rich. We hope you're enjoying the C300!
Great Dealership, Excellent Service, Wonderful Automobile!
by joefromIL on 04/04/2013updated 08/04/2025A first class dealership everyone seemed to go out of their way to make the purchase as pleasant as possible. We were treated as valued customers and although the order to delivery time was quite long updates and follow up was always timely… and accurate. The car a GL550 is unbelievable, it has it all. Performance, looks, comfort, safety features. I have owned many automobiles and this one is far superior to any of them. I cannot suggest a single improvement....the car is perfect!!!Joe, We're so glad to hear that you're enjoying your GL550. Thanks for your business and for this feedback. We look forward to seeing you again in the future!
2014 sl550
by richh0001 on 12/03/2013updated 08/04/2025Third mercedes purchased from this dealership ( in 8 years) from the same salesperson. James J. is a professional in all aspects of the term. He knows the product and will strive to get the customer a fair price on trade as well as their… car. Highly recommend him as well as the dealership.Wonderful experience
by RomiB on 01/28/2014updated 08/04/2025The dealership and the salesperson were great and really made the experience pleasant. I purchased a brand new 2014 E350 on January 11, 2014. My sales person was Ed F. The whole process was literally zero pressure. I had a a Costco… referral and Ed gave me the Costco discounted price plus a little little bit more off. I had done my homework and searched many internet sales sites and discussion boards and knew roughly what to expect price wise. I likely could have haggled for a slightly lower price, but the buying experience was pleasant because of Ed that I felt those extra few dollars were well spent. Once of the nice experiences was that I needed to get the car I had driven to the dealership back home so I could drive my new car back. Normally my wife would have done this, but she was busy out of town. So Ed followed me to my house and then took me back to the dealership. Very convenient and stress reducing. And this may be a small thing, but because they were busy (I was there as they were closing), I was there for a little while longer than I had anticipated. By that time my phone battery had started to die. Even though most of the salespeople there had iPhones, Ed was able to dig up a micro USB cable for me to charge my Android phone. So I sat in the lounge, ate snacks and charged my phone until I was called to the finance person's office. It all went very smoothly. They have a nice lounge area, so the wait isn't terribly bothersome. As for the service department, to date we've had nothing but good experiences with them with regards to our present R350. Loaners available when needed and friendly thorough service. Highly recommended.ML350
by Q62 on 04/07/2013updated 08/04/2025This was my best car buying experience ever. Salesman Elmis treated me very nice. He is very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and is not pushy at all. I ordered an ML350 in Jan. and was a little worried about the delivery… time. However, with Elmis and his manager Mike's help, I got it in about 6 weeks (delivery millage 2.7 miles!!!). Now I have put about 250 miles on it and still have a lot things to learn :-) Very happy with my new ML350.Adam B. really knows his Mercedes stuff!
by merben2 on 11/14/2013updated 08/04/2025It's November 7, 2013 and we own a new 2014 Mercedes CLA 250 auto. It's awesome! We can highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Naperville, IL sales & leasing associate, Adam B. He's a very professional, knowledgable, personable car guy! He… "gently" worked through the entire purchasing process with us from the time we ordered the MB 2014 CLA to the delivery date. Thanks, Adam! db/jbHad to wait for 10 mins for nothing
by J_So on 07/10/2013updated 08/04/2025The e-mail correspondence experience was quite pleasant. They responded to me quickly and provided me with what I requested. However, it did not go well when I visited the Facility. First, I called the Dealer in advance to inform them… that I will be arriving in about 30 mins or so (It took me 40 mins). But, when I arrived at the dealership, there was no one to help me out. But, I was willing to wait. Second, after waiting for about 5 mins doing nothing, I asked the guy (Mr. F) whom I talked to over the phone to evaluate my trade-in car so that we can save some time since I am already waiting. He responded that the person in charge (Mr. B) will take care of it, but he could not... So, I waited another 5 mis, but no one showed up. Dang.... I have never visited a dealer like this especially with advance e-mail and phone call..... I do not understand how the rating for this dealership has been so good.... !!Hello and thank you for this feedback. We apologize that you did not feel our service met your needs. If you'd be willing to visit again, we will do our very best to ensure you are served in a timely manner as we do value our customers' time. Alternatively, if you'd like to discuss this matter with our General Manager, we invite you to call us at (866) 983-0556. We look forward to hearing from you.
(I posted subsquent comments on 07/16/2013, but Edmunds requested me to publish your update as a separate review for that business. Instead, they asked that I posted as "Update This Review" to share any new information. But, I could not find any update button to click. Therefore, I am reposting it via update) I just called the dealership again to check if the MB E350 was still available. This time I had a chance to talk to the salesperson (Mr. M) who was supposed to take care of me during my previous visit. The MB E350 which I was looking for was sold according to the salesperson (Mr. M). After about 2 mins of conversation and after informing that my budget is only about $38,000, Mr. M changed(!?) his tone(?) and asked me why I put a bad review of him. Since I did not write any review (I just found out that it was done by my friend, who visited the dealership together and currently drives BMW and lives in Naperville, through my edmunds account), I was not quite sure what he was talking about. To make a long stroy short, Mr. M's issue was why I (or we) put a bad review of him when 'just now' is the first time that we are actually talking to each other... This is true because previous correspondences were through only e-mails (which were quick) and when I called this dealership to inform my visit to the dealership, I talked to Mr. F, but NOT Mr. M. I explained to him that why we were so unhappy during our last visit. (Refer to the review on 07/09/2013). After some unpleasant conversation over the phone, I explained to him that it was NOT about him, but about the dealer. He kept asking why I posted a bad review of him in spite of my explanation, I told him I am going to re-write the review upon revieiwng the previous one which was done my friend. I just read the previous review posted by my friend and not quite sure why/how the 07/09/2013 review can be taken as a bad review of Mr. M, but about the dealer. I could not understand Mr. M's attitude even more, however, on behalf of Mr. M., I am putting it here by myself again(?) as I promised him that it was NOT Mr.M's fault that we were NOT happy with dealership during our visit on 07/09/2013. It is just that calling the deaer in advance and OKed for us to visit (although the invitation was done by Mr. F, NOT by Mr. M) and had to wait NOT knowing when the salesperson is going to be available did NOT seem right especially at MB dealer. Maybe my total budget of $38,000 is too cheap to buy used MB E350 at this dealership..... But, my god....To write a review like this ...again.... sigh.. what an unpleasant experience.... About this MB dealer....It is your call !! But, not for me.....
