    Starting with sales (Neil), young man who took us for test ride and pointed out all features on the auto (Amar) and Jessica (finance), who took care of final paperwork. We were treated in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner. Very satisfied with service and happy with my new Sentra.

    I brought by car in for an interior-only detailing and was told it would cost $199. When I picked up my car the cost was only $169. PLUS the detailer buffed out a huge brown scuff mark on the outside of the rear passenger door and drivers door!! My car looks great again! Thank you so much!!

    Howard was great. He took the time to explain the features of my new rogue and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured and knew that Howard was going to steer me in the wrong direction. Neal was also great. Both these gentleman made my car buy experience are great one.

    Felt like David listen to my call and concerns when I called to make my appointment. He did bring up more questions about my car purchase than anything though. I'm not sure how to deal with but not his fault at all. He was very helpful. Took care of me when my car was in the shop. And in the end didn't charge me. Again i feel because of my issues. Purchased the car from the st Charles Nissan and have had issues with them.
