    It's never fun to have car repair bills but your staff(Brad in particular) explained things thoroughly and handled everything in an expeditious manner. There was some miscommunication on one item we wanted fixed and I noticed it was missed upon picking up the vehicle(this could have been my fault but regardless things happen). Brad stepped right in and within 20-30 minutes it was completed. We were thoroughly satisfied!

    I was treated better than just a customer. The wonderful gentleman Dana that helped me with almost everything was trying to get me the best deal possible not one time did I feel like him or anyone else was trying to look at me like just a sale. I also want to thank Jake he didn’t have to help me the way he did but he went above and beyond to help me out.

    I was a little early for my oil change and tire rotation, they note the battery had an acid buildup and recommended it be cleaned. Service to my vehicle was done in about an hour and they did a complete check of my vehicle which came back with no other issues.

    The staff is the number one reason we keep coming back to Gerald Nissan. Friendly,knowlegeable, hassle free attitudes. From the time you walk in until the time you leave you will be met with smiling faces and a family friendly environment. Make sure to ask for vinnode or john they will definitely take good care of you. And the finance guy Lee is great! in and out fast, will also go out of his way to make sure your happy and satisfied.
