    UZI and JACOB!! How I was treated like I have NEVER been treated at a car dealership by these 2 gentlemen!! I wish I could call my feedback in to a human on the phone because I could go on and on and on about Monday, February 17, 2025!!!! Jason, the new manager, was also instrumental in my deal. The spotlight has to be on Uzair(Uzi) Gill because HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATING ME LIKE NO ONE WAS MORE IMPORTANT, CARED ABOUT, and VALUED! He was kind, attentive, persistent in a very respectful way the entire time on the phone, through text, and in-person. He never stopped caring and "doing" for me to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. You see, I have not been happy since I did the deal 13 months ago. Uzi knew this and wanted to make it right. He never gave up on me. He gave me my space and time. He is a gem who saved my future business, which I had decided would not happen going forward. Now, as long as Uzi is around, I will continue as a Gerald Nissan customer! JACOB is also a gem, so kind, helpful and respectful as well. He sincerely wanted me to get a fair deal that would make me happy. He explained everything to me, whatever I needed he provided. Another gem in your dealership who makes me want to come back in the future. You see? I can go on and on, but I should stop now and put out a review on Google to let the public know where they need to go to feel special, valued and cared for when purchasing or leasing their next car!! I also want to mention the lovely and helpful Lady who helped me with tea and snacks! She was loading up and could not have been more kind and sweet to me. I wish I had her name, just a wonderful person. She needs to be spotlighted too.

    Attentive, professional and keeping your word with time to conclude service. Driver side speaker is missing ‘Bose' name. It's correctly installed on passenger side. Service advisor Brad committed to calling back after consultation with warranty mgr.
