    Used to be great, took my car in every 5,000 miles for an oil change, loaner, no problem, even if they had to get one from enterprise. Called, made an appointment, showed up and they opened one door, not the door I was in front of. The one car went in and didn't open the door I was in front of. And yes more than a few employees knew I was there. This was my first clue something was wrong. Backed up, went in the other door, they were happy to take my keys and tried to get me to leave. I said not without the loaner. I was told you should've requested one when you made the appointment online. And BS BS BS I CALLED and made the appointment, requested a loaner, was told no problem. They texted me and I texted them back asking for a small loaner, I don't need a huge suv. They texted me back saying no problem. So I said no. Took my key and left. They texted me about service and I replied with what happened, no response. They keep texting me and email me, but after the experience I had, and no response they want me to go back to them??????? They used to be awesome, I have a feeling hawk bought them.

    Ordered tires during the buy 3 get 1 free sale, was told that they would honor the sale. I never received a call saying the tires were in. Finally followed up and scheduled, came in and was told no, that thebsale was over Oct 31 and they would not honor the sale price.

    I bought my GTI at this location I am very happy with the service I worked with Ricardo Echeverria he explain an provide to me a lot information. I had been service my car in here since I bought it I have had nothing but good experiences. They do an excellent job at explaining what they are doing or what needs to be done. Its A+ service

    This dealership has a decent service area. I've been there a few times. It was better than the VW closer to my house, but now the VW by my house has updated their facility so I haven't been back here for a long time.
