by Brooks3 on 06/17/2017I had my car serviced on March 11,2017. They noted "LF Hubbering has lots of movement-alignment" They never said anything to me just gave me my bill and said I was all set. I later found out when I read my report. I went again yesterday… June 17,2017 for an oil change and tire rotation. There were no notes about the hub bearing or anything. I noticed my car is pulling torwards the right. This is the only place I get my car serviced so there shouldn't be anything wrong with my car. This is were I purchased my car brand new and they want me buy a new one from them!?!Pretty Decent
by Lucious on 06/10/2017updated 06/20/2017The first time i entered worlyd hyundai no one helped me so i left but i gave them another chance and got to connect with jeff my salesperson he was very polite and accommodating walked through everything as fast as he could of course… buying a car takes a while so i spent about 3 hours here but it was all just procedure getting approved test driving finding the right car and whatnot jeff was very professional i couldn't ask for a more professional rep i didn't like my deal of course because i have bad credit so i dont immediately fault them for that all in all i had a pretty good experience besides the first time i walked i didn't feel like i was just another number to them the second time i walked in. I was greeted immediately and didn't have to wait however they werent as busy this time.Great customer service

I looked at Car Guru's website and the car on World Hyundia Matterson had 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SL Sport Utility for sale for 18,995 and said 4,000 dollars less with great deal. I have… called and ask for the quote for Nissan Pathfinder SL. I have talked to person called Rossie. She told me the out the door price is some where around 20,000. I was looking at the specs and I found it has Leather Seats, Heated front and rear seats with Backup camera and 2wd everything which needs to be in SL. Then I was looking at the picture but and luckily I saw that car was actually Nissan Pathfinder SV. I have called Rossie to let her know that the car is SV and not SL. She didn't know either so she went to check it. She came back saying that the car model is SV. I have attached all the screenshot and the pictures below where all the internet sites including World Hyndia Matterson had listed as SL and the price is 18,995. I told the person I am willing to buy it cash. She told me she will have manager call me. Manager called me and I asked him the price that you have put it its for SL and since it is for SL can you go lower on the SV price. He said no. I am like then can you get me SL for the same price. He said no. I believe this is really bad on the reputed company like Hyndai where they value customer service but this is completely false Ad. I cannot believe that they wanted to have someone come over and show you different car. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership luckily I looked at it earlier otherwise me and my kids had to suffer to waste 2 hours from work and go there.Did Not Expect To Buy Today

He took the time to know exactly what we wanted and did his absolute best to create a… pleasant buying experience for us. This was my first time buying a car from Hyundai and it definitely wont be my last. Chris was clear, concise and transparent. His delivery was down to earth and did not come off to pushy. I appreciated his kindness and also enjoyed hearing about how we both shared a common love for dogs. After a long deliberation with my fiance we finally decided to buy our brand new Hyundai santa fe sport. We will definitely send more business to Chris because we know that he will do everything that he can to not only accommodate us but to make us as comfortable as possible while still getting a great deal. by Alsharqi on 09/24/2015I arrived to find out that the salesman I had an appointment with hadn't shown up yet, and the car I had specifically requested to see had already been sold. Okay, things happen, but I would have appreciated a phone call or something before… I drove an hour out. The guy who informed me didn't even try to show me any other cars: "Sorry bud." Guess where I spent my money that day? Another dealership.
