I arrived to find out that the salesman I had an appointment with hadn't shown up yet, and the car I had specifically requested to see had already been sold. Okay, things happen, but I would have appreciated a phone call or something before I drove an hour out. The guy who informed me didn't even try to show me any other cars: "Sorry bud."
