He did everything he could to help out my mother and I with financing the car. I went in for a used car and… Mike talked me through the benefits of owning a brand new 2017 for a similar price. He gave me some great information on a past experience I had at another dealership to help better my situation. Mike and the team are always congratulating you on your purchase and being very helpful. I appreciate all the help at Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing and will highly recommend the dealership to anyone. This is the third Chevy I have purchased, and I must say Phillips Chevrolet was the best of all the Chevy dealers I dealt with. The previous two are both out of business. A very friendly… environment and a nice facility. My salesperson, Stacy Phifer, is the best. She has responded to all of my requests very promptly and professionally. I can see why Phillips Chevy was awarded the Five Star Dealer Award two years in a row. Old Car To A BRAND NEW 2016 Chevy IMPALA
by dmadison1 on 07/22/2016Good Evening, Just want to take the time out of my day and just say THANKS to MICHAEL STRAMAGLIA here at PHILLIPS CHEVROLET OF LANSING. For my 1st experience here at Phillips Chevrolet, it was just CRAZY AWESOME!! Let me tell you… how!!! It was a long and bad day dealing with HOMEWOOD CHEVROLET, I wasn't able to get my scheduled oil change or a diagnostic reading for my car engine light which came on. So I just left and as I was driving to my aunt house I came across PHILLIPS CHEVROLET OF LANSING. The service department was great they took my car in with NO APPOINTMENT also gave me the reading code for my check engine light. So as I wait for my car, I started walking around the SALES FLOOR and came across salesman MICHAEL STRAMAGLIA. MICHAEL ask me what brings me in and I expressed to him my reason, then he stated "what if I can make your day a lot better". I can say Mike ensured just that by putting me in a BRAND NEW 2016 CHEVY IMPALA ALL BLACK, which is what I was seeking. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly regardless how my mood was at the beginning. SO Michael, Thanks for MY EARLY BIRTHDAY TO MYSELF!!! I appreciate your great service. Greatest experience ever

Jamaal taking my credit app to Phil, Henry with the greatest package deal… for the interior and exterior for my car. To finally signing the paper to my 2016 with Mark. Before I came to this dealership I went to a few other in was told I couldn't get approve for a 2016 but these guys made it happened with a low down payment. Donna and Mark took all of my info. , had a car in mind for what I was looking for and worked… something out with my trade!! The entire sales process was GREAT and they worked with me every step of the way! When I made my way to finance with Tom, he made the paperwork and financing process easy and transferred my registration so smooth and fast, I didn't even feel like I just bought a new car!!
