    Everything was fine but the bill was kind of confusing: so many numbers. The mileage on the paperwork for the GMC Savana van was not accurate they wrote 300,000 instead of 75,000 miles I took paperwork back to them, but they said the correct mileage was in their records. I took the 2002 GMC Savana for oil change, but I wanted some information on if any other service was needed like axle fluid etc. but I didn't get any such news and was not advised of future needs. I don't know if they are familiar with the service needs of the 2002 GMC van. The 2023 Equinox service was ok. I took the Equinox to the dealer for service when the mileage reached 30,000, they told me only oil change was needed. I took the car back at 33800 miles and they said some services were needed at 30000 miles and that those needed to be done now. Why didn't they do the 30000-mile service when I took it to them at that mileage?

    Had a small list of nuisance things but the big one was the sunroof leaking. The stuff Chevy had control over they knocked out real quick. Sunroof was a contractor and took them a couple tries to find the leak but even after a follow up visit Chevy found me a loaner car so I can still drive my family of 5 around.

    My 2015 Chevy Sonic needed a new gear shift handle I could not get the car on reverse or park. The parts dept ordered a new shift piece which some time to arrive) and it was installed Great job !

    It was a great experience. They were super efficient and my car was serviced. I was in and out. I expressed I had a child I needed to get down for a nap and they said they would do their best and they did. Will be going back there!

    They did some minor warranty work. They weren't sure they will finish in a day so they gave me a loaner. When I got the car back it was fully charged (I brought it in 1/3 charged), and washed. Way to go, Chevy.

    I brought my car to Chevrolet Exchange for the first service and my experience exceeded my expectations! Having owned a few luxury cars in the future from Lexus, BMW, Audi, I did not expect a similar service experience from Chevy, but I was pleasantly surprised. My service advisor, Rick, addressed all my concerns, was very knowledgeable about the car, provided me with a loaner car, and delivered the car back as on time, exactly as promised. He was super professional, friendly, and courteous. What else can you ask for? Strongly recommended!
